His office manager needs and attitude adjustment. Shes absolutely rude and is very condescending. The staff should get on the same page. The wait is ridiculous! Now, lets get to the exam. He suggested with me how he just got re-married just over a year ago, yet he spends the entire time talking to my breasts! . Flirting with your patience is absolutely unacceptable a and totally unprofessional. I began seeing you several years ago and happened to be there to witness you fighting in the parking lot with two women screaming over who has been dating you exclusively. Dint get me wrong, youre a good doctor, but I think you spend more time flirting with your patience than treating them or getting your staff straight.

The only reason I have stayed with Dr. Webb for so long is because of his skill and the effective way he engages his patients. He has been extremely personable and caring toward myself and my children. The service in his front office and optical office is not very good at all. Expect long wait times and less than friendly staff (although not ALL of them are this way). Also, some of the staff are not very knowledgeable about their job. The other day I had to spell "diagnostic" and "nodule" to one of them, and she didnt seem at all apologetic or humble about it. Like I said, howver, Dr. Webb is an EXCELLENT doctor! I just wish he would spent extra time and resources finding more qualified staff.

This place is horrible! Horrible customer service, representatives that have no clue what their job is, these people are rude rude rude and 3 weeks later still waiting on glasses! Couldnt even let me pick up a copy of the rx because apparently the doctor takes the files home. I will say the doctor was great very informative and professional but the wait is not worth it and certainly not the rudeness of the front desk staff. Wish Google would let me give 0 stars!

The worst staff ever! I have been trying to get contacts since April it is now August no one in this office communicates it has been the biggest run around and flat out poor customer service! Have left several messages to speak to Dr Webb , but have not heard from him yet. I am willing to bet the messages were not delivered. If you want prompt and courteous care go somewhere else! I wouldnt even give them 1 star but that is my only option.

Took over three months for my daughters eyeglasses to come in! Decided to try them one more time, WHY? Just to receive contact lenses, they stretched out each appt, vision exam(1)billed insurance, trail fitting(2)billed insurance, and still have not received the contact lense prescription,appt next week(3)billing the insurance, horrible customer service, if you want the run around or have time to waste, this is the place.

Terrible service, glasses take over 6 weeks to come in, they never answer the phone. Front desk personal is very rude. You have to wait over 30 minutes just to be told glasses are not in. There response is to say everyones glasses are taking long to come in, and just brushed us off. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Dr.Webb is a wonderful & very friendly person,,.I havent been 2 him in a while but every time I need an eye Dr, I am always glad 2 go back 2 him. I have never had problems b4 with staff & I still love my glasses, that I still have 4rm my visit a few years back. ❤

The Dr himself is great. But the staff is the worst. Literally have to take a day off work just to pick up a pair of glasses. You want to waste a day of your life? Then come to this place. Ill NEVER come here again.

I love Dr. Webb! Perhaps the ppl who dont care for the doctor or his staff has a bad attitude going in, get what you give. I think the doctor and staff should be able you rate the clients. Attitudes might change?

Complete disaster. Unprofessional doctor and staff. Long wait times resulted in missed work. They charged my insurance for 12 months of contacts and I was only given 6 months worth.
