Worst Eye Doctor ever! I Will never go back or recommend my family to go Gallinger. He is a very nice guy but nice doesnt matter when he lets you drive around squinting. I had to re-visit him 3 times to try to get my prescription right. Sadly he never got my eye perscription correct. He tried to convince me every time that my vision was 20/20 with some little adjustment he supposably made. Ive always had a eye prescription in the -2.00 and above. Gallinger placed me in a eye prescription in the -1.00 range. Every other eye doctor I have ever went made my prescription correct. I wanted to try a different eye doctor closer to home but as you can see I paid a huge price for doing so. If you want to see right, Id suggest go to any eye doctor but Gallinger. Not to mention his rude staff! Im not a confrontational person by far but his staff is very rude and unprofessional. Once my contacts were ready to be picked up I was told that I had no remaining fee so I was just given my boxes of contacts. However, when I called to have a copy of my prescription, I was told that I have a fee of $34 to be paid before my prescription could be sent out to me via email by the (short fat lady In office) shes the rudest of them all. Perhaps cause shes miserable. I paid so that I could get my prescription. I was very upset that I was told one thing and later something different. Never go here if you want to be treated like a customer and see as well!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I went in last week as first time patients. The hubby complained a bit about the wait time at first BUT when its your turn to go back and meet Dr. Gallinger you understand why it takes a bit longer . Hes a great doctor, he puts you at ease and goes over things so you understand what hes doing and why hes doing it and listens and answers all your questions. Hes not trying to get you in and out as fast as possible because hes actually trying to do his job......

I love Dr. Gallinger and his staff! Ive been visiting his office for over 5 years. I have never had a bad experience. I once waited to the last minute to schedule a appointment. Unfortunately dr. Gallinger was booked!
