Im not one who likes to exercise, but the physical therapists and other staff at Wasatch Peak Physical Therapy make the process enjoyable. Ive been to other Physical Therapy centers, and this is the only one Ive ever loved to go to. Also, this location has the most wonderful pool for water-based therapy. It is warm enough that it relaxes your body when you enter it. They also help you keep on track while you are in the pool to ensure that you dont overdo it or hurt yourself, which is amazingly easy in the near weightless feeling in the pool.
