CLEANLINESS/ATMOSPHERE: WeDental is incredibly clean and bright in atmosphere and décor. It is inviting, simple, and modern. Clutter is kept to a minimum, waiting room magazines are neatly organized on the coffee table, and everything looks physically clean. The staff has great personal hygiene and dress neatly and professionally. Upbeat, eclectic music plays in the background to add to the positive feeling. Overall, it was very welcoming. STAFF DEMEANOR: WeDental takes it’s customer service SERIOUSLY. All of their employees are friendly, confident, attentive and maintain a professional attitude. Everyone truly goes out of their way to make sure your experience is positive. Your concern is their concern. They truly communicate that your time, comfort and overall satisfaction are important to them. Dr. Worrell is no exception to this. He always seems to have a smile on his face and a fun story to share to put a smile on yours. Beyond this, he does not make you feel rushed in your time with him like he has some other place to be or some other patient to get to. Your smile is his priority during your appointment. His casual, native-islander demeanor helped make me feel relaxed and at ease, even when the drill was running. He makes it clear that he operates as part of a team and treats each employee as a valued member of his operation. KNOWLEDGE: I was incredibly impressed with WeDentals efforts not only to keep informed and educated in the most up-to-date dental technology, but also to actively learn and practice in these advancements. On my last visit, Dr. Worrell used a laser drill to remove a cavity. This new dental technology removed the need to stick a huge needle in my jaw and pump it with numbing anesthetic. The method was completely painless and allowed me to leave the office without having to continually wipe the drool from the side of my tingly face. For those who have concerns about new technology, Dr. Worrell asked first to make sure I was comfortable with it. I am sure he would have happily agreed to whip out the traditional drill if I had preferred. On a day-to-day care level, Dr. Worrell teaches a 7-step method to help prevent cavities from even forming in the first place. He makes it easy to understand and includes a print out of the seven steps for you to take home to practice. COMFORT: On your first appointment, you will fill out a sheet about your health (both dental and general health aspects that might affect your visit). Dr. Worrell had the sheet in hand the first time we met, having highlighted areas of concern that he wanted to discuss with me to make sure that my comfort needs were met during my appointment. Both Dr. Worrell and his staff regularly check in with you to make sure you are okay during procedures. Any dribbles that escape and roll down your cheek are quickly wiped away. For longer procedures, they will offer to put Vaseline on your lips to keep them from cracking - a small detail that was GREATLY appreciated. I had mentioned in passing that a previous filling experience had left me with a tooth so sore it ached for a week after the procedure (at no fault of the dentist – the cavity was just DEEP!) The day after my appointment, I received a call from Dr. Worrell himself to make sure that I was not experiencing that level of discomfort after my appointment with him. I was truly impressed that he took the time to call himself (instead of delegating it to an office assistant) as it truly showed his concern for my comfort even outside of his office. CONTACT: Appointments can be set up by phone or via their website. They also offer email and text appointment confirmations, which is great for busy individuals like myself. Their website is easy to navigate and well designed (coming from someone with a BFA in graphic design here!). They also have a presence on many social media platforms like Facebook and Google Plus to help keep you informed. All in all, I would recommend WeDental and Dr. Worrell to anyone in a heartbeat. Truly, they have earned these five stars.

My whole family LOVES this place. the owner/dentist is amazing and has helped repair my most recent dentist neglect and carelessness. we have two kids, ages 4 and one almost 2, his patience and kindness and coolness and knowledge is beyond refreshing considering what we all dealt with for over a year at a previous practice. Dr Worrel so far has fixed a new filling that my previous dentist did, I did not have to go back for him to fix the bite again, i had NO discomfort afterward, the soreness was only a day or two...he actually emailed me and asked me how the tooth was doing! Im looking forward to him helping me with any bite and alignment issues and a temp fix for my missing tooth while i decide what i want to do about it. Spend your money here!! prices are very competitive and he has only suggested work that absolutely needs to be done, what can wait can wait. He also plays very fun music, treats ALL of his staff so well, it showes in how they care for each patient and interact with him, always with respect, they are all a true team and very fun to be around. He is a second generation Dentist and has so much valuable input but is also very open minded about alternative options, options that most dentists would not even offer or even consider legit. I have a lot of respect for someone who is humble enough to learn from his parents and all the experiences around him that have shown desirable results, while continuing to stay professional and consistent in his own methods. Our whole family is beyond thankful to have found him.

I actually went to WEDental based on the great reviews on Google and Yelp. I was not at all disappointed I wont be going anywhere else for dental work! Dr. Worrell is great, he takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and that you understand everything clearly. I have to have several things done with my teeth, Dr. Worrell setup a plan after taking X-Rays and talking with me about my teeth. The next day I had questions Dr. Worrell told me to come right in he sat down with me and explained everything in complete detail. During my root canal I explained that I sometime feel pain because the local anesthesia will wear off. Not only did he manage to make the complete process absolutely painless he also made sure during the entire procedure that I was comfortable and not in pain. He has kept in contact after each visit to make sure I am doing well, he makes you feel comfortable talking with him about any questions and concerns. I have had horrible experiences with dentists and the feeling of being treated like a number but honestly I dont think I can write enough nice things about Dr. Worrell and his team, completely took me by surprise just how amazing they are! Dr. Worrell and his team are the epitome of a great dental team!

Beautifully built new clinic and is conveniently located. A Bartell Drugs next door and a Safeway across the street. Received a brochure on my car at Alderwood mall and then went ahead and checked them out. Walking into the dental office had a great modern feel to it, the lighting was vibrant and relaxing while you got to watch some TV while your name was called. Ive never liked the dentist but I can honestly say that I love their layout. Dental work still makes me a bit queasy but at least I know that Im in good hands and thats one less thing to worry about. Their pearl card membership is a new twist on dental office that ive never experienced, you get a cool little card to validate your membership and get great discounts. I know dental visits are expensive but you cant put a price on your health. Good, clean teeth is not all about aesthetics, its about function..or at least thats what the doctors at Smile Now Dental told me. Highly Recommend this clinic to anyone.
