Way over priced compared to other home medical supply companies and absolutely the worst customer care in the Orthotics department. They do not return your phone calls and have simply been trying to get off the shelf diabetic shoes for 2 weeks now. I have left 4 messages and never once have called me back they never answer their phone maybe 3 out of 10 phone calls. Today some guy answered and I started to tell him about how horrible their customer service is and he say "I know". and just went on about listening to me. He said he would have someone call me back today. They did not even after I left an additional voicemail. I asked him to let me speak to his manager and he said he does not have the ability to transfer me to the manager. When he asked for my phone number I had to repeat it 5 times to him and he tried insisting I most be calling the wrong store and never heard of a 248 area code. I had to tell him it was my cell phone number and its a Oakland county area code. Just unbelievable called corporate to complain and who I need to speak to already left for the day at 2 pm. We will see if she calls back.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would!! Youve got people working there that dont know their arse from a hole in the ground!! Seriously, where is thier knowledge?? They dont know anything! My boyfriend went to the Southgate store with a script from his doctor and they still didnt get it right. He had to explain what he needed because they were clueless. REALLY!!!! Finally, after he told them exactly what he needed they had to order it..ok finally we are getting somewhere..NOPE! After two weeks (they said it would be there by then) NOPE.. it was NEVER ordered so now we are almost into a month of this with no product! Going somewhere else where people know what they are doing. This product needs to be bought before his procedure I would mention the names of the people who waited on him, however that wont do any good. So heads up everyone stay away from this place. Unprofessional and clueless!

Im sorry others had bad experiences but I can say that my experience was exceptional. After calling their competitors angeloti getting nowhere. They took care of fitting me with a walking cast without an appointment. They had an opening while I was there. I didnt get the names of the ladies in orthotics but they were super helpful and Mark was fantastic when he removed my cast splint and fitted me with the boot. My wife and I were in and out in less than an hour. My only criticism is when you call you get put into voice mail and you have to leave a message to get a return call. Otherwise, the people were the best.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, horrible atmosphere my daughter is having shoulder surgery and the splint was ordered weeks ago and Ive been calling everyday and being sent to voicemail, finally reached someone (her name was Erin) she was totally unprofessional the splint was t order and I was told to come in Tuesday which is the day after my daughters surgery. Erin was extremely unprofessional, telling me I couldnt come in earlier because shes going on a vacation and proceeded to discuss someone they fired and thats the reason why this is messed up, absolutely awful would give 0 stars if it were an option

Would give ZERO STARS if i could! Complete waste of time!! No one answers calls or returns messages! Customer service is a joke! Dont know why they are all BIOTCHES up in there! I am the friendliest person ever & i walked into their location & was immediately shat upon with unkind, rude, & unfriendly attitudes!! After reading all the other reviews this place needs an entire new staff & management! Quite frankly funk this place!

Rude! So completely unprofessional we left before we were even seen. If that is face of the company than no thank you. They really need to hire a new person for the front desk. If you hate your job and people that much Im sure there are willing people who arent rude. Terrible customer service.

On 2-17-16 Had a appointment at 10:00 am was told my appointment was at 2:00 pm not what I was told on the phone the gentleman for the sleep apnea machine was very RUDE would not go back there if my life depended on it.

This place doesnt cover any breathing supplies for COPD if you have Medicare or Medicaid they will try to charge you. They are unprofessional and rude.
