Waited over an hour. Was told they were running a "few minutes" behind... not sure what clock they were using!! Another woman in the waiting room actually removed her nail polish, painted 2 coats of red nail polish and a top coat while we waited. I got a headache from the fumes! Mean while it felt like an ice box when they finally called you back. This test was for my one month old baby. Not thrilled about sitting in a waiting room of germ infested people and nail polish fumes. It really irks me because if youre even 5 minutes late, they cancel you and charge you a missed visit... but if youre on their time its no biggie. Grrrr Never coming back here again!

I had a good experience at this location, wish the MRI wasnt the mobile type, but it didnt make a difference in image quality. I requested CDs of my studies and they were given to me same day they were requested. All of the staff I had encounters with were friendly, my third visit was for a MRI with contrast. I had lost my order from the physician and they called them and got a copy within minutes! With out the care of this imaging center and their radiologist I would most likely be paralyzed from the thoracic spine down.

Very unprofessional staff and service. We booked an ultra-sound months in advance and confirmed the appointment the night before only to get a call at 7:30 in the morning to let us know they their machines were down. the issue was that they did not offer to call us back when it fixed and their next available appointment was weeks later.. no apologies from the staff and no willingness to fit you in their schedule soon. We DO NOT recommend them in any way, shape or form.. they really dont even deserve the one star..
