I really like and appreciate the support staff Brendan and Matt , but as for the Psychiatrist Dr. Wann and Robie who is not a Psychiatrist but assist them , they are very disrespectful , rude , very discriminative . My first visit with both were a nightmare , I have never been treated so horribly . They are very judgmental and opinionated and automatically assume you are there to ask for drugs , and treat you like a crack head . As for the two they lack customer service skills , and are very unfriendly , non understanding for thier profession what so ever . I walked in Dr. Wanns door and he judged me based upon my appearance " I just got out of the hospital and my kidneys almost failed so , therefore I was somewhat pale , sick and dehydrated ", so Dr. Wann automatically assumed that I was a crack head the minute I stepped into his office , no hello , nothing . Im serious , I just stepped one foot into his office before he PULLED MY NEW PATIENT FILE AND LOOKED AT IT , he judge me based upon my appearance . Im still very honestly shocked as to how disrespectful , unfriendly , judgmental , , opiniated and discriminative they both were , I have never been so disrespected by anyone . 5 stars to Brendan and Matt as for the other two , they are totally out of the league and more less meet the requirements of two complete jackasses .

I hate how this place is set up since I have SAD (Social Anxiety Disorder) and there are loads of people. But my Doctor. Well, actually nurse practitioner Gary Graham, makes allowances for me, such as come in the back and hang out nearby and hell come find me when my time comes. He isnt a Psychiatrist but he is such an amazing care-taker, very gentle, and makes me feel like he actually cares. Best doctor Ive ever had of any field. He has made a HUGE difference to my mental health. One bad thing is the phone service is horrible. I was lead to believe there would be someone to talk to anyone I needed, on their site it says theyre open 24-hours, but what it really is, is during the day you have to talk to the nurses desk, which sometimes doesnt answer so you get sent to an answering machine that does not enable you to leave a message because their so-called directory doesnt work, so then you have to call back and wait for someone to answer. This same thing happens at night only with different staff. It seems they have way too many patients but are needed desperately.

I could not be any happier with the services I have received here. The staff all genuinely seem to care. On multiple occasions, they have gone out of their way to assist me on very short notice. From documents needed for court the next day, to emergency counseling sessions scheduled in under 90 minutes. I was beyond blessed when my friend referred me to them. They took the time to listen to ME, not previous diagnosis from other doctors, and have started treating the root causes of the right mental health issues for me. They have included my thoughts, hopes, and input through every step of my process. Im not "just another patient", I am a person that they are walking with through every step of my healing process. I strongly recommend this place to anyone downriver seeking help with any kind of mental health issues.

I think team wellness genuinely cares for their people The problem at hand is one Psychiatrist having to service the population of a small country I think Dr Chang is overworked they should hire more Psychiatrist Dr Chang is misunderstood by many patients Yes I will admit he comes off as abrasive ..Bottom line is he truly is a fair Psychiatrist if you get to know him.He usually is fair with me sometimes having a dialogue with your psychiatrist helps (even if its for 5 minutes it can go a long way) The problem here is NOT Dr Chang the problem here is a lack of staffing

Relatively unprofessional staff. Front desk staff are not always polite or helpful. Mental health workers have actually made me cry when questioning me about why I was there seeking treatment. If you receive medication for mental health, they now are required to drug test you each month you come in. I got a nice $350 bill in the mail from a drug test that I was forced to take, because if I refused I would be refused treatment as told by staff. Will be searching for a new mental health professional to treat me.

Everyone that works there helps so much with your needs!! If u need an appointment rescheduled they help u with that, if u need more r less therapy they work it out, help with housing, social security, psychiatrist, counselor, they help with all of it!! They even have their own transportation so they can assist in making all of your appointments!! Great staff that is friendly n they move pretty fast too!!

This place is horrible, the staff are so unprofessional and racists. They treat you like you are a second class citizens. If you have family member that has mental disability do not take them here. The staff are very nosey and they are all in your business. People follow you around like you are about to steal something.I Dont recommended, please report this place. Thank you

If you are seeking mental health treatment, there are far better places to be. If, and this is a big if, they remember to finish your intake paperwork, you will be subjected to long waits and poor quality treatment. May the powers that be help you if you have to ask anyone a question over the phone; phone tag and hang-ups are painfully common.

Trina Ken and Jackie are wonderful other then that this place is a joke went in at 350 for the Dr didnt come out till 6 and still didnt see the Dr and the two receptionists are complete idiots if your looking for help find somewhere else you wont get it here they reschedule you over and over.
