Hello my name is rico martinez ive had a few out patient procedures there within the last couple years and currently had one today i was supposed to have a in and out procudure like the last few ive had it was on my left foot a ulcer where i had a partial amputation as i stated ive had a few procedures. Here before never had a bad experience till now and when i tell ya a bad experience it was a bad experience i woke up with 3 teeth missing my procudure was supposed to be light sedation to start just like the last few times i had 2 loose teeth 1 due from horseplay with my youngest daughter the anesthesiologist which i made clear 2 them they were lose again there was 2 so goin un to the procedure they put the mask on me and it stunk like burnt rubber had a nasty smell/taste mabye from manufacturers idk agin this procudure was supposed to be light sedation again for some reason when i woke up i was missin the really lose tooth on bottom in middle and and the one on top row left upper jaw which was getting more stable by the day from the horseplay with my kid and omg the one on right side of my 2 front teeth left the left one but pulled the right one now these teeth were pulled out they did not fall out cause the teeth are whole and u can see were the root was givvin good blood flow to my teeth i cant belive wht just happened to me iam already conscious of my partial foot amputation now iam missing. My most noticeable teeth ive been crying since i came home iam in shock when i tried talking to the anesthesiologist he blew me off thats ok iam checking into my options legally but i will absolutely give the nurses all that attended me 5 star cause they were marvelously caring and love their job and love taking care of people but the people with the bigger roles like anistelogist should do things to just make there jobs easier i have 15 aunts and uncles o. My dads side and 11 on my mothers side i will let them no all about my recent experience gurentee they will not come here again neither will i iam. Human being not a wild animal very disaponting

I checked in on Thursday may 19, 2016 around 4pm Triage was great and also emergency room attendants were great when I got to the back they got my urnie sample and one nurse cam in and help me with tv and bed lift but after that I didnt here from anymore for almost an hour a Docotor finally came in and said they wont to do viginal inspection on me I was very uncomfortable because it was a male Docotor they didnt even ask was I okay with that which I wasnt so they sent me to the room and Im literally waiting for an hour I pressed the nurse button no one came in I had to get up and asked a nurse that walked pass for my doctor or nurse and I was undressed from the waist down the nurse finally came I explain to her I wasnt comfortable with a male Docotor examing me and I need to be out by 6pm because I have to be at work and I was already their for 3 hours almost she said she would ask and see whats going on and she never came back at that point I put my clothes on and walked right out of the room and back home in pain with no medication. I went in for treatment for a yeast and bladder infection which I told them I knew thats what I had and they still insisted on doing testing all I needed was an antibiotic I will never return to this hospital ever again worst experience Ive had since garden city hospital.

I went to Beaumont because I had a large ovarian cyst burst and was in intense pain. Dr.Varre is who was assigned to me. her bedside manner was horrible. she refused to let my Fiancee in the exam room with me after him and I requested he be present 4-5 times. I was exposed on the exam table with no curtian pulled and she opened my door exposing my private parts to anybody whom may be passing by. She was very rude the whole time. when it came to my results she didnt explain to me that I had a cyst burst. I was just told to go on (pelvic rest). I felt rushed out, disrespected, and as if I was a burden. After speaking with my primary Dr. he felt the same way as if I was rushed out the door. (pelvic rest) was unessisary medically and ethically they simply told me to do so just to get me out the door. After my experience I will NEVER return to this hospital I will make a further drive to get treated with respect. I will say my ultrasound tech Jenny was great she gave me wonderful bedside manner. as did the nurse that was with dr.varre. This Dr. needs a lesson in bedside manner nefore she is placed with another patient. Hospitals are held to a certain standard that she just simply does not meet.

I have not been here yet. I dont think i will be looking for a lung doctor in this place...not to many happy things said about this place. Maybe the comments are from People Hooked on pain killers and didnt get what they want from this hospital. i dont know. but alot of People compaining they got pain a didnt get any thing for Pain. Im never abuse medications. So i have no worry about every getting pain meds. from any hospital that I would go to.. I always stayed at one hospital an one doctor. They know my history in my charts they see what i take. My blood tests show. Every time bloods drawn.. I just pray for them who are addicted on pain killers that you dont get into a very bad car accident an rushed to a hospital cause nothing they give you will help your pain then. Cause your body has taken to many pain killers to much it just dont work anymore. Smh Then you will face what REAL PAIN IS. Looking for a doctor who is a specialist just in lungs. I was seen twice in the ER within 2 days complaining of pain in my back on the right and the first time I was treated like a drug seeker after I waited 2 hours in the waiting room and Dr. SMUGLY was in a rush and not very pleasant they gave me a shot and some Valium took urine sent me home while I was too drugged to protest being sent home told me nothing wrong. TWO days later back in ER same complaint Dr Smugly again this time at least did an xray but was rude ask me why I didnt go to my hospital for I am a beaumont Employee and told me I had arthritis in my ribs sent me home. PAIN CONTINUES WENT TO SOUTHSHORE WHERE I was treated with respect and had to have my gall bladder removed. I would suggest never going to Heritage ever even though I only live 2 miles away I will drive farther to stay away from the rude quack at Heritage.

I went in the hospital @ 12am the first contact with staff was horrible I had severe blood loss and had a seizure and past out at home and my husband told them that when I first entered the hospital. And I felt myself about to pass out in the waiting room again they made me wait while I yet was bleeding. My husband was so furious, I ended up being admitted after hours in the admit. area. I receive 4 pints of blood Not my first choice for an emergency hospital again. Otherwise the 4 day stay was fine its just the initial entry in the waiting room was scary I should have been seen right away my blood count entering the hospital was 4.7 YEAH I said it right 4.7 and I was still losing blood constantly and they had me waiting in the waiting room. #Where they do that at?
