I hadnt been to the dentist in over five years due to a previous horrible dental experience. The longer I stayed away from the dentist, the more anxious I was to go back, afraid Id receive judgment for my time away. I started getting tooth pain and knew I needed to bite the bullet and find a new dentist. I booked my appointment here and am very glad I did. Not only did they make me feel super comfortable, they seemed to genuinely care. I had to get a root canal done (which happened today), my very first one, and it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Dr. Blais was amazing and frequently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable, to see if I was in pain, etc. He put me at ease. The temporary crown fits like a glove. On a side note, I heard them dealing with an abrasive and rude patient in the room next to me. Maddie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was a rock star and was the pinnacle of kindness. Kudos to the whole staff who did an amazing job.

My husband and I and our four teenagers have come to Dr. Baird for 20 years to have our teeth cleaned and taken care of. Dr. Baird is so kind, stays on top of new technology & procedures, and his hygienists have always done such a great job on our bi-annual cleanings! Through the years, we have had fillings, teeth pulled, a root canal, a few crowns, teeth whitening, and dental care for teens with braces. Dr. Baird also removed our sons wisdom teeth before leaving to serve an LDS Mission. There were no complications, and his mouth healed quickly. We are so grateful for the exceptional attention we receive from Dr. Bairds office!! The office staff and assistants have always been friendly and organized. Thank you, Dr. Baird!! We are so glad you are our dentist, but even more glad you are our friend!! :)

Best destist ever, kind, patient, caring. Crowns so perfect, you will think its your real tooth! I had awful gum pain too, and with one laser treatment by Maddie, that was completely gone! I cannot recommend this cliinic, and ONLY this clinic more heartily. They are absolutlely the best at everything. Even when I got my teeth whitening package, the staff spent 10 min. explaining how to use it properperly. You better run, not walk to this clinic, and not any other, because God help you if you go somewhere else, where the staff does not care about you like this place does. Good luck.

First crown caused tooth sensitivities for one year. An X-ray from another dentist office showed the crown did not cover the entire tooth. Apex agreed to replace as a gift to me (still cost $375). 2nd crown is worse than first and another X-ray indicates worse coverage. Apex agreed to reimburse the 2nd crown, not first. Not to mention that I had to return both times multiple times to get the crown trimmed down to fit properly with my bite. Cannot recommend to anyone wanting to get a crown done right the first time.

The dentist claims certain cavities need to be filled when they dont and they overcharged me saying the insurance charges $94 per tooth. The made me take an x-ray that apparently wasnt covered by the insurance. And when I check with my insurance, I should have only been charge $55 per tooth. I need a refund! The girls/dental assistants there goof off and are not professional and think they know what they are doing, but obviously dont know how to check prices with insurance providers. Dont go to this location!

I went for a dental cleaning and received the worst dental service in my life. They recommended deep cleaning. Last year, I did deep cleaning! They brushed and flossed my teeth. I can do that at home! There are some coffee stains and they didn’t remove those. Regular X-ray was only additional service. Very disappointing. I do dental cleaning regularly and this time I changed my dentist because of my schedule conflict. I am planning to visit my old dentist within couple of month for another regular cleaning.

I was happy with my dental service, a routine cleaning until I got the bill for it over a year later. My insurance would have covered it 100% except Apex didnt file the claim until 10 months after the cleaning. Because they werent in the 90 days needed they have tried to charge me for all of it. After a few phone calls they offered to "cut the bill in half and drop the late charges." No, I shouldnt and wont pay anything for their mistake.

The entire staff is all very personable and amazing at making you feel comfortable, which speaks volumes for someone who has dental anxieties. Began my first appointment with them in tears and left smiling, because they were just so patient and caring and found ways to relate and calm my anxieties. I wont go anywhere else the Draper girls rock and Ill shout their praises, oh and that Dr. Blais, yeah that guys cool too (haha).

Dr. Baird is the sweetest dentist! He is genuine and truly cares for everyone he meets. Hes also pretty hilarious! He is known for creating a comfortable environment for those with dental anxiety and also for his excellent cosmetic work. I also love all the high tech at Apex Dental. Youre truly getting the best of the best!

Thoroughly explained everything they were doing. Gave me many options to consider for treatments. Very friendly easy going atmosphere. Had my insurance coverage and quotes ready in detail.at the end of my check up. The staff was so efficient and wonderful. Never thought Id be excited to go back to the dentist!

Ive been going to this office for a few years. They are awesome. The staff is friendly and great at what they do. Dr. Baird is the best of the best. His work is first class. I know; Ive had him take care of fillings, root canals, and crowns! I love this place.

I will not return to use them....I work for government ..and we had an outage that I couldnt leave work to make my appointment...they still charged me the 25 dollar cancellation. you would think they would understand sometimes things do come up..

Everyone loves Dr Baird. He does excellent dental work. Hes great if youre worried or scared about the dentist. Hes patient with kids & refuses to give them a bad experience. And everyone loves his personality! Wouldnt go anywhere else!
