I will have to admit... I tend to lean towards the negative when I am compelled to contribute to a review... BUT NOT THIS ONE! I am a relatively new patient... My significant other has been a patient for a long time and convinced me that I should try Dr. Randall. Was I apprehensive... you bet - and have even waited until I have had three visits and the third lasted more than two hours in the dental chair doing two crowns. --Before writing a review. Cmon... face it - NObody likes going to the Dentist... How many comments are prefaced with "Instead of a Root Canal". Well... I dont like going either, but it is the lesser of two evils sometimes... A toothache or the Dentist???? So... after waiting two weeks after my long afternoon in the Dentist Chair... I am still with Temporary Crowns... (the best I have EVER had) and have not one issue so far. I have forgot that they are Temporary so many times, that they have had a tough workout. ------ I will update this review... I follow up after all this work is done and give a fair and objective review when it is all complete... but so far, it has been the best Dentist experience I can say I remember! and I have an AARP card.

Greatest Dentist in Salt Lake Valley. I have been a patient of Dr. Randalls for about 2 years now. Ive been to allot of dentists in my time , and he by far is the best Ive seen. My family and kids love the modern facility and TVs in the ceilings. Ive had work done without his dental plan, and with it. To me the small price I pay for the large discounts I get, was kinda a no brainier. When I had my first appointment with Dr. Randall, I was very impressed with the thorough check and cleaning of my gums and teeth. It was like 45 mins at least and a 30$ price tag was a screaming deal. I have since referred over my mom, and all my brothers and sister. I have never once felt pressured into buying anything. Not more than any other dentist. If Im willing to refer my mom I would refer anyone to Dr Randall at Quarry Bend Dental.

I am a former dental assistant- We moved up to this area recently, and I was/am very picky about what Dentist me and my family would be going to, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Randall, from a coupon ad I received in the mail, I was very impressed with how friendly they were on the phone, and how quickly they got me in, I had a new patient exam, including x-rays, cleaning, and a consultation with Dr. Randall, I never felt pressured, or felt like they were trying to be pushy sells-men, I could see the x-rays myself, and where the cavities were, and we talked about preventative work, and what I could be doing better at home, to keep me from getting to many cavities. I felt they were very personable, and worked around my schedule, to fit me in. Thanks, and see you again in 6 months!

Dr. Randall is really a very good dentist. Hes always very up front with every procedure. If there are options he always discusses them before going ahead. He also tells me about new (dental) products and procedures (if they apply) that hes learned about and asks before trying them. I trust him completely; I couldnt say that about other dentists Ive seen. He also has an excellent staff...they dont pour on the guilt. They just talk about the benefits of flossing and other daily dental care and make good suggestions. They put me at ease in an otherwise stressful dental visit. For the first time in my life I dont get all stressed out visiting the dentist!!!

I chose this office/dentist based on location and good ratings. The dentist is good and his staff is very friendly and patient. I cannot say the same about the receptionist. I have been in for 3+ appts and everytime she comes across as having a lot of atttitude and that is apparent over the phone as well. Being a new patient I had questions about insurance and payments and everytime I asked a question she seemed very bothered about it and when I asked for a breakdown of what I was paying for exactly she got upset again. In my opinion that is not good customer service so besides the receptionists everything else is good.

Dr. Randall is no ordinary dentist, he is very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does and I have to say the best dentist I have ever had! He does what is best for his patients and takes his time educate you on what he is/about to do. My experiences at his office has been nothing but wonderful. His staff is super friendly and will always make sure you are comfortable. They will always work with your schedule and they are open on Saturdays, which is nice if you cant come during the week. I had a dental emergency and Dr. Randall goes above and beyond to get whatever you need fixed! You can always count on him.

The service was excellent, dr. Randall does such a wonderful job. However, I do not appreciate the receptionist. She wears low cut shirts that are inappropriate, especially when I bring my kids in. From a business perspective, I would never want such a woman to represent my company. I hesitate to come in because I dont like her attitude she carries all the time. I havent heard anything positive about her from other clients, and think the company could use a much more friendly receptionist. She is a horrible representation, and isnt a friendly face I look forward to greeting when i come in.

I came in a few weeks ago for dental work that Ive been postponing for a while. I was pretty nervous about it all, but Dr. Randall and his staff did a great job taking care of me. Their office is new and clean. Its in the Walmart parking lot, near Cafe Rio. Everyone at the office was really nice. Ill definitely refer Dr. Randall to my friends. I have to comment, too, about Marks review above. I had such a pleasant conversation with the receptionist. She was SOOOOO nice and VERY professional. Sounds like this Mark guy has serious interpersonal issues.

After years at another family dentist we switched to Dr. Randall and I have never regretted it. He has been so wonderful with me, my husband and kids. We have had to call him in an emergency and he couldnt have been nicer. He always presents options and lets me decide for treatment options. They always talk about cost before the procedure, so I am never surprised. The staff is really nice and very helpful. The offices are really nice, clean and have kept up with technology. I am so glad that we found this practice!

I was very impressed by Quarry Bend Dental. I have had a fear of dental offices for many years stemming from childhood, but this office definitely goes the extra mile in putting these fears to rest. The entire staff is obviously very motivated in ensuring patients are comfortable and their needs are taken care of. My wife came in for wisdom teeth extractions and Dr Randall managed to perform the operation in less than 15 minutes. Afterwards, there has been next to no swelling or major discomfort.
