Dr. Ballingham was amazing to work with. From the moment you enter the building you are surrounded by the feeling of competence, experience and confidence. You just know youre in good hands. I needed to have a crown removed and replaced, and a filling on each tooth surrounding the crown, one of which was urgent to prevent the need for a root canal. Dental procedures like this give me a lot of anxiety, but Dr. Ballinghams calming demeanor immediately put me at ease, I cant tell how you much easier this procedure was because of Dr. Ballingham. He even made time for me after regular working hours because of the urgent nature of the possible root canal. The next day I was pain free, I couldnt be more pleased with the services from Dr. Ballingham and his staff. Great family-friendly environment as well, Finding Dory was playing in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. If youre considering a new dentist, look no further. He also happens to speak Spanish. Theres not much more you could ask for from your dentist. Great office!

I have been to Platinum Dental twice now, and I left both visits feeling great about my experience (and we all know how unpleasant going to the dentist can be :) ). The office staff and assistants have such great personalities. I felt so comfortable and at ease. The hygienist was wonderful, the best cleaning Ive ever had! And Dr. Ryan Workman was excellent in his treatments. He was very informative about what his concerns were with my teeth, and gave me options on how to take care of them. I was surprised with how fast and efficient the procedures took, and most importantly how PAIN FREE the experiences were! I did not feel the shot at all!!! I am very happy and pleased with my visits. I will DEFINITELY be going back! Thank you Platinum Dental!

Another 5 Star review for Platinum Dental! Two weeks ago, a tooth with an old root canal finally gave up, died and feel out! I was able to get in the very next day. The staff there are always so friendly and professional, I keep coming back because I know I am in good hands. They recommended treatment that they knew would produce the best results. Today, I have four new crowns on my front top teeth and could not be HAPPIER!! My smile looks AMAZING! Better than it has in years and I could see and feel that everyone there was just as happy as me - FOR me! I know that they care about my oral health, my smile and even my pocketbook. I recently went to PD in Murray for a visit to get my wisdom teeth checked out and it was honestly the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! The front desk was extremely helpful and very positive she brought so much energy to the room! The Dr. was also EXTREMELY thorough with his information and helped me out in the best way possible! The assistants were very kind and very professional and explained the process step by step. Impressed is an understatement of what I think of this office. Great place to get ANY work done! HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is looking to get any kind of dental work done!

Definitely found a life long dentist, have never felt more comfortable than at Dr. Chavezs office! All of the assistants, receptionists, hygienist & of course Dr. Chavez are amazing! I have been here 7 times in the last couple months & it is always pleasant. I feel like they genuinely care about you & your life! Always answering whatever questions you have, making you feel as uncomfortable as can be. I will never go anywhere but this office! & now I have healthy pretty teeth all thanks to this office!!! Great service and friendly staff. I spent a good chunk of the checkup trying to talk about popular music with the hygienist. I say trying because its tough to communicate when people are rifling around inside your mouth. Weird thing, that. But joking aside, it was awesome, and always has been. Ive been going here for over three years. Theyve performed root canals, filled cavities, inserted crowns and every service has been excellent. This is a great Dental office for anyone who needs work done or just a good checkup.

I love this office. Everyone here is super friendly and I am very comfortable when going in. Its like walking into an office where all your buddies work, professional buddies. Dr. Ballingham is an excellent dentist. He is very friendly, thorough and gentle in his work. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to get a check up or dental work done. My 6 year old step daughter liked him and Ill be bringing my three year old in next month. They are all great, definitely worth FIVE stars!

My husband does sales and sometimes has to cancel last minute if he has a customer come in. They have a $50 dollar last min cancelation charge. There was a big wind storm where we live and they said that because its our 3rd cancelation they would charge us $50. I told them we didnt feel safe with him driving through the storm and they didnt care. WE WONTT BE GOING BACK. And we hope that if you would like your dentists office to treat you the way you would treat others then please dont go here.

I havent been to see a dentist in over a decade; I was a bit scared about getting my teeth cleaned & extracted. But, Dr.Chavez & everyone else that works at Platinum Dental Care in Murray were beyond marvelous.They were all so nice & friendly. They answered all my questions & more. I love my two appointments there a lot. I even told them that if I could Id move in. I recommend them to anybody. Ive never had such great care with a gentle touch. Thanks so much! Dr. Ballingham was awesome! I was felling strong pain in my tooth and asked for help! He was busy with his schedule but he cares so much about his patients that he found time to see me. I got to his office and was well received by his assistants. They quickly took X-rays of my teeth before the appointment. The doctor new just by looking at them what needed to be done. He quickly fixed my teeth that was causing me pain and I got back home a happy person. I recommend him 100%!

I was so pleased with Platinum Dental that I wanted to write a review. First of all the hygienist was super sweet and did a great cleaning! In 20 yrs of going to the dentist it was one of the best cleanings Ive ever had. Also, Dr Workman was awesome. He has a great sense of humor and a nice bedside manner that keeps you at ease. Even though I had to get a couple of fillings it wasnt bad at all. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Workman and Platinum Dental in Murray.

I never went to the dentist as a kid, so of course I knew a lot of work had to be done! I have been there for cleaning and fillings and everything else and I actually enjoy going. Everyone in the front are always so friendly and it is always so clean and tidy. I love the assistants who always make me feel so comfortable. Dr. Chavez really does amazing work. I never mind going to the dentist!!!!
