Dr. Watson and his staff were awesome! My wife and I went yesterday after having a bad experience at a different dentist. Dr. Watson, the receptionist, and the two other staff members were all extremely nice and professional. They definitely cared about us, and Dr. Watson gave us his "10 year plan" after the first examination. Dr. Watson also told me of something that Ill need sometime in the future, but didnt try to push it on me know, he just said, "When you get to the point where you know you need it, let me know, and then we will get everything together." He was not pushy at all. He and his staff will tell it to you straight, so be ready to hear the truth, even if it doesnt feel good, because thats what you need anyway. What they did better than anywhere else I have ever been was just inform us and explain things to us. They answered any questions, and also told us some stuff that we didnt know (stuff that should be common knowledge, but for some reason no dentist had ever told me before). We all had a lot of fun and they joked around with us. If you try to get to know them, they have a sarcastic sense of humor, and thats right down my alley. Finally, the facility was clean, everything seemed up to date as far as I could tell, and my wife and I had a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Watson after our initial visit!

Dr. Watson and his staff (namely Abby, Ally and Josh, who worked with me) are all amazing. Literally the best dentist I have ever gone to. The staff actually explain absolutely everything they are doing, everything going on in your mouth, as well as why and what it means. They encourage any and all questions, because they want you to have 100% full understanding of whats happening to you. Ive never had the best oral health, and my first appointment was when I still had braces and was flat out not flossing because of it. Rather than lecturing and guilt-tripping me about it, Dr. Watson and his staff actually gave me all kinds of advice, tips, and tools on how to make flossing regularly happen for me, something none of the three (THREE) other dentists Id been to had done. He is just dedicated to working with you to find practical ways to make dental care easier for you. Additionally, never left their office feeling any sort of pain, nor has anyone else I know who goes to them, and I have pretty sensitive gums. Putting aside their phenomenal care, theyre all fantastically fun, friendly people to be around and joke with, just very good at making you feel comfortable and putting you at ease. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I was worried to go in because I hadnt flossed consistently since having my baby so I knew my gums would be in bad shape. But the staff were all so nice to me about it. They reminded me of the importance of good oral hygiene, including regular flossing, and did so in a way that encouraged and motivated me to do better rather than making me feel guilty. The staff are all friendly and fun and Dr. Watson is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going to him for years. I know so many people who fear the dentist, but Dr. Watson helps put a good name to dentists and shows that dentists can be kind and friendly. I would recommend Watson DDS to anyone!

My wife and I first met Dr Watson about 12 years ago when we lived in SLC. We moved to a remote location in Utah and continued to drive 3 hrs one way to have him care for our teeth for about 1 more year. (My wife hates the dentist, but loved Dr Watson) At the point that it wasnt feasible to continue with the 3 hr drive we switched dentists. Now that we have moved back to SLC we are thrilled to rekindle the relationship. I had work done yesterday and it was just as great as I remember. I Highly recommend him for adult dental care. Dr Watson and his staff are fantastic.

Dr. Watson and his staff are the best. I have been searching for a new dentist for awhile and have finally found him. Dr. Watson and his staff is friendly, professional and explain things thoroughly. I have had sensitivity around my implant that was placed 6 years ago. I have seen two different dentists and neither could figure out the issue. Dr. Watson was able to figure out the crown on the implant was too high on one side and drilled it down, so I would not be biting so high on the crown. If you are looking for a new dentist go see Dr. Watson and his staff.

The reviews that state the friendliness of Dr. Watson and his staff are absolutely correct! They are so comforting as well as gentle to fearful patients, making the upcoming visit not dreaded. I was very nervous to try a new dentist (new insurance) but was instantly put at ease from the moment I entered the office (which is always clean and brightly lit). Staff is amazing! I trust them with my dental care and my kids and will continue to come here. I would recommend them to even the most fearful person.

Dr. Watson and staff are very friendly and capable. He has a laid back, comfortable air about himself and has great bedside manner. He has a practical approach to daily and regular dental care. He is skilled enough that he is able to use a minimal amount of painkillers and shots. I had some small cavities and filling work done with no need for shots! It was great - after leaving his office, I had no pain and could eat right away (instead of having the standard slack jaw-drooling mess for a few hours).

Great office with a friendly professional staff. I take my 11 year old son here so they work well with kids. I have been lucky with my teeth and only had a few cavities ever. Years ago I had a filling at another office that left a gap between my teeth in the back . It constantly bothered me. Dr. Watson fied it on my first visit like it was no big deal. I dont know why put up with that for so long. At least three other Dentists looked at it and hes the only one who did anything about it. Great place

We have been seeing Dr. Watson for what, 9 or 10 years now? He. Is. Fantastic! He is fantastic, his staff is fantastic, his practice is fantastic. We drive from Springville, UT to his Salt Lake office (thats between 45 and 75 minutes, depending on traffic) because theyre so great at what they do! I appreciate their candor, their professionalism, their "bed side manner" in everything from cleaning to billing. Seriously hate the drive, but Dr. Watson is totally worth it!

His old staff was great. Now not!! I had a crown that came out. He replaced it, I protested. $800. later he billed me another $800. The crown had come out a month later, charged me $80. To fix it. It came out 3 months later. I didnt think it was right that I had to pay the rest of my bill for a crown that didnt last & I had to pay another Dentist to repair. Dr. Watson hired his fancy lawyers & I have a judgement against me for $2400. Great system!!!
