The new building is amazing! For the first time, my children actually enjoyed going to the dentist! I love the tvs, back massager, choices of flavors, the bright environment, and the service. They are quick to help out in dental emergencies, are fun and playful with my kids, and have solutions for whatever problem you are having. Ive been having migraines, and who would have known that the dentist found the root of the problem was in my mouth! Whatever doubts I had about keeping Scott Cold, they are all gone! (Updated 10/27/2015) Original post April 2015: We have been very impressed with Dr. Cold for many reasons. It is hard to find a dentist who works Fridays, which is nice. However, we also are impressed by how he not only runs his practice, but teaches at the university as well. He has treated my family a few times, but has been extra careful with my husband especially. He sometimes is hard to numb and had a filling from another dentist fall out and Warm Family Dentistry resolved the problem promptly and with great quality work. The fun play with words with his practice shows his sense of humour (Dr Cold at Warm Dentistry), and he is a devoted family man while also showing great care to his clients. I highly recommend this well-rounded professional.

I have for all my life hated the dentist, until I found Dr Scott Cold and all of his wonderful amazing, friendly staff. Dr Scott Cold put all my fears to ease. I just recently had a root canal done and being totally honest I could have taken a nap it was so easy. Even when my temporary crown came out and I was freaking out Dr Cold answered the emergency line himself and ensured that I would be ok and they fit me right in that next morning to get it re fitted. I would recommend Warm Family Dentistry to anyone and I will be a lifelong patient of theirs. Thank you to everyone in that office for being so amazing. See you in a few weeks and forever. :)

He is the most knowledgeable, careful, precise dentist I ever met. He can see truly what is wrong and not guess like most dentist and he will fix it. Plus he is great with babies and kids. My husband was there on one visit and he screamed in the room during my work but he was so professional and it didnt bother him in the least bit. When I came back for a follow up my baby cried and Dr cold held him so he could checj my blood pressure. He calmed right down no joke. When it was time to go my baby walked over to him and looked up like I have to go?? Lol. Best dentist ever. 5 stars.

I absolutely love Dr Cold and everyone on his staff! I have had some pretty bad experiences with dentists and never wanted to go back to another one! But the first time walking into warm family dentistry i felt completely comfortable and at ease. Dr Cold has done a lot of work in my mouth and each time i go in i know with out a doubt that i am going to be taken care of. I cannot thank him and everyone else in his office enough for what they have done for me. They have saved my smile. I would and have referred everyone i know to him. I give them 10 stars.

I found Dr. Cold to be friendly and knowledgeable. I was referred for a root canal. He not only told me it was not needed, he wrote a letter telling my dentist what was causing my discomfort and how to remedy the problem. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful! I have found a new dentist, Dr. Cold! My prior dentist used to do root canals but now refers them to Endodontists whose charges are exorbinant! Dr. Colds charges are reasonable and his work quality is excellent!

Went in with my wife so that she could have some work done on her teeth (three of them had to be pulled). Dr. Cold was very efficient with his work, and my wife has had minimal amount of pain afterwards. He kept himself very professional, worked well with his staff (one did not know where a certain tool was before the procedure, and he was courteous enough to say, "Thats okay, here," and got up and showed her where it was), and the overall experience was a good one. Going next week for my own check-up.

I have had a difficult time finding a dentist who can successfully numb my mouth when I have dental work done, but I finally found a dentist who can! I was actually able to relax enough to fall asleep during a root canal. Great dentist, even my kids like going to see him. The dentist even came in early on a Saturday to help me with a problem I had. I would recommend to anyone. The receptionist is also very nice, she reviewed all of my insurance and helped me maximize my benefits.

The staff as well as Dr.Cold are very kind and helpful! The new office is awesome, heated massage chairs, TVs, as well as a nice hook to hang your jacket and purse on are just a few of the comforts that make going to the dentist easier! Dr.Cold is a very kind man and cares when you ask questions, he takes his time to explain things to you! I have been to several dentists looking for a "good" one, so if youre like I was reading reviews to decide on a new dentist, look no further :).

Dr. Cold was extremely rude to me. Also, the 4 teeth with supposed cavities he filled (my new dentist says he didnt see cavities on those teeth, using the same xrays) now cause me pain from cold, or from hard foods. Not sure what he did to them, but considering how rude he was, I think it was sheer carelessness. I should have never gone to this dentist, and would never, ever recommend him to anyone. I wish I would have had the gall to tell him this in person, but, all well.

I purchased a groupon voucher which included a exam Xrays and a cleaning. The hygenist was very nice and friendly but the doctor was very rude. He scolded the hygenist right there in front of me and when I asked him a question he just said "oh later". He saw me for seriously 5 seconds then left. Money is more important to him than his patients. Wouldnt ever recommend this dentist to anyone. Funny how this rating keeps "magically" disappearing

I have had lots of bad experiences with dentists in the past and get anxiety when I think about going to the dentist but warm family dentistry gives me a great experience every time and reminds me that not all dentists are evil lizards in human suits trying to hurt the world one tooth at a time. In all seriousness they are awesome and always up to date on dentistry tech.
