Sometimes, somehow, you’re just in the right place at the right time - Pure gift. I don’t recall ever writing a review. I’m a perfectionist and follow the simple code “If you can’t say something nice…” but after several months of repeated and wonderfully successful experiences, my conscience requires that I let others know about the much more than exceptional service I’ve enjoyed with Jared Theurer DDS and the rest of his team, particularly the Dental Hygienist LeeAnn Burton. I lived with several dental issues, including over a year of very annoying to miserably sharp pain. I had within a single month, seen four dentists attempting to resolve the pain issue alone; all to absolutely no avail. Out of exhausting frustration I finally decided to chalk it all up to the aging process, figuring I’d probably have to live with it till my last breath, which hopefully is a long time away. My wife had always raved about her dentist and was rather bewildered as to why I refused to go see him. But as I stated, I had already seen four dentists, expensive ones, ‘how could seeing this dentist possibly be any different?’ Yet, after months when it came time for a routine cleaning and exam I simply went to my wife’s dentist. They were comprehensive. We started really talking, really communicating, they were listening and asking questions and within that single visit the cause of the pain was not only discovered, but RESOLVED!!! Somehow, what four expensive Park City dentists could not see was recognized and my pain was history! This was more than 6 months ago and not a single pain since! No root canal, just their insightful skill and an adjustment to repair what had not been correctly done by one of the pricier dentist in Park City. Then they continued, exploring some of my other concerns and their earnest desire to really look into my overall well-being and oral care led to great success, satisfaction and my personal health. I truly appreciate these people, the humility and the genuine care they give their patients. The quality of their work inspires me and that’s why I’ve taken the time to write this review. Dr. Theurer is an excellent dentist, but his staff doesnt measure up to his reputation. I was overcharged twice and contacted them about it both times. They dont even bother responding. The first time, I told them about it over both email and phone. I didnt hear back from them at all. So, I had to talk to them about it during my next appointment. Not only that, when I spoke to them over the phone, they tried to explain me the charge as if it was correct when it was obviously wrong (it was 100% covered). If I didnt know better, I could have been convinced by that and let them keep my money, which is concerning. For my second inquiry (another charge that exceeded my copay), I havent heard back from them. Not even an acknowledgment that they received my inquiry. Ive had other issues such as them making a mistake on my appointment and denying the mistake (I made an appointment to repair a cracked tooth, but they sent me in a room with an oral hygienist, who thought I was there to clean my teeth - not exactly what you want to hear when you had waited to repair a broken tooth), but this is probably enough information to express my concern. Its a shame because Dr. Theurer is a skilled dentist, but all those mistakes and more importantly lack of response for such important mistakes are just not good business practice.

I actually always have a good time whenever I visit Dr. Theuers office. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Theuer always goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable as well as explains each thing he is about to do. As an example, in my visit today I was greeted with a bright smile from the receptionist who let the personnel know I was there. Within a couple of minutes, Brittany, one of the dental assistants, was leading me to the dental chair, and we were chatting up a storm like old friends. As she prepped me for the dentist (I was getting a final cap put in place), she also took care to make sure I knew each step she was doing and to confirm I was at ease. And of course this is all made easier by the pleasant conversation we continued to have. After a few minutes, Dr.Theuer affably came in, and we continued our easy-going conversations as he put the cap in place. Again, he and his staff interact so well with the patient that the procedure is done before you know it. This description is reflective of all of my visits over the years, and I would highly recommend Dr. Theuer for all of your dental care.

I was referred to this office for dentures repair. I got bad experience overall and feeling that money are way more important than patient care at this office. I was promised that the dentures will be ready the next day by noon. I asked them to give me a call when they will get them back. Havent heard by 3 pm, so gave them a call. They said that they will find out and call me back right away. Havent heard back that day, called back and they were already closed. Called the next day and was told that it will take 2-3 days now to get the dentures back. Asked to talk to the doctor or office managers, both were too busy to talk to me. I couldnt wait 2-3 days, especially when was promised dentures to be back the next day. Finally, after several phone calls, they said they will have them ready today at 4 pm. No apologies, never heard back from the doctor or office manager. And they quoted me $100-150, but charged me $240. Which is ok if the service was as promised, but it wasnt at all.

I absolutely love Dr. Theurer and his clinic. He has been so wonderful to work with over the last few months. I have been really having a hard time with the issues I will have to deal with, with all the dental work I will be having done over the next couple of years thanks to a previous dentist who would not do the work. Dr. Theurer and staff have been so sweet and so kind to me. They have all of the up to date technology, education and tools to work with. Its been amazing how much I have already learned and the plans that we have in place for me. I am so excited to see what Dr. Theurer has in store for me over the next couple of years. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You are all so honest and upfront and cheerful....:) So glad I have your team on MY side!!!!

I am getting to be a bona fide geezer and so am very picky and critical about things. I am completely frustrated that there is not one thing about my experience with Dr. Theurer and his team that I can be picky or critical about. They are perfect! From the non intrusive appointment reminders to being smiled at as I walked out the door....nothing but terrific attitudes and genuine concern! And dont get me started about professionalism and skill. Never had a more pleasant and thorough exam, cleaning and......outstanding explanation of procedures, status, and recommendations. In particular, Brooke and Dr. Theurer were terrific. Who ever heard of looking forward to your next dental appointment! I cant believe it myself. Big shout out for Doc Theurer and team!
