Im concerned about the elderly who are trusting or dont know to question these people. This really is not a safe place for someone with a real condition. Today my wife receive a copy of her doctor notes (Dr. Sheils) and discovered that Dr. Sheils marked all symptoms as "denied" although my wife clearly expressed some of them and physically presented them as well. Her main concerns were not even noted anywhere in the dr.notes. Unreal! What kind of Dr. doesnt even make note of massive hair loss, severe lethargy, rapid heart rate?! In addition, the front office staff person, Maria (fat with thin brown hair- they wouldnt give me her last name so this is how you can identify her) lied and refused to give the doctors notes out stating theyd have to come from a third party. Minutes later another person provided all 8 pages, which was under the limit Maria was using to avoid doing her job while being very rude like she was the paper police. Laziness and lies, untrustworthy and uncaring. We are going to see a real doctor who listens, takes accurate notes, and provides real care, not people who just want you to come in for a regular checkup so they get a check.. We suggest you do the same.

The doctors are rude and unprofessional. I went in with a bad infection, I was told at the front desk that it was funny I came in because the doctors wanted to leave early and now cant. I had a fantastic nurse who helped me with everything, but the doctor was rude and repeatedly told me I was not making sense and that my ear should not be hurting as there is nothing visibly wrong with it. I went to a different doctor the same night and was told I had a severe ear infection. This place is one of the worst my family and I have ever been to.

I had a nice experience here. As I was looking for an urgent care at the last minute, because i had a bad experience at another place, this one was able to see me quickly and have a caring Doctor. Dr. Sheils was great. She had written me a note to stay home the next day to rest up. Also, they had the correct co-pay with my ins., not like the other urgent care clinic who couldnt get it right. I will use their service again, if needed in the future. I will Even recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you!

I have had an extremely unprofessional experience at PrimeCare. They gave me a completely incorrect shot at one appointment, showing their disregard for patient safety and their lack of regulation and staff communication. Also, I never received the results from a test I had done there, even though they ensured they would call or email me. I only give 2 stars because of short waiting times. I will never return here.

The office was clean and everyone was very professional. The staff was top notch. The physicians can help you with whatever your needs are on site, whether it be labs, x-rays, splinting, suturing, and more. I was seen very quickly and they really listened to my concerns and treated me like they would a family member. You are in great hands if you go here. The experience simply could not be any better.

This place is ONLY about getting your co-pay. They will have you come back for no reason just to get your cash. Both my wife and I have had instances where they misread MRIs or couldnt diagnose what was going on. Wanted us to come back for lab results which, are yours legally, and when the doctor sees you... bam.... co pay... go see a legit doctor. This is a walk in clinic.... that is all.

I had a similar situation as Snowden. The "Drs " completely ignored my symptoms and ordered a bunch of unrelated blood work including measuring Vit D and B 12 both of which had told them I take every day. They are only interested in taking every dime from you and getting you as a long term money machine they are not interested in making you feel better. BIG CORPORATE MEDICINE MACHINE

Dr Chen is amazing! He listens and made sure the problem i was having was thoroughly checked with xrays and and EKG and I didnt even have to go anywhere else for these. Primecare is such a convenient and efficient drs office!
