Everyone in this office is very nice. I see Erin Lange-Vandello when I go and she is very easy to talk to. I LOVE that they do blood work inside their office. I hated having to go to LabCorp and waiting for a long time at my last doctors office. Another thing I love is that I never wait a long time to see her when I come in. They have a limited number of same day appointments for when you get sick too. I highly recommend them!

Ive been going here for over 10 years out of convenience and am consistently disappointed by the poor service. Im finally going to switch to someone else. At this point, anyone else. They really treat you like a number, not a person. Zero compassion. They try to think of reasons to do the minimum amount of work for you. The whole staff just has a lousy attitude.

Front desk is rude and accusatory. Insisting you are a drug seeker when in fact those are my prescribed meds. Patient profiling by front desk is just rediculous. Holding times when u call in can be at least 5 min. Unacceptable! Lousy attitudes
