First of all, let me say that Doctor Ubani is a WONDERFUL doctor and it was a pleasure to have her for so many years. However, she has a tendency to hiring the most UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, RUDE staff she possibly can. Her front office is like a revolving door for Everest University dropouts. Youre prescriptions wont be filled in time, your appointments will be forgotten, written for the wrong dates, or scheduled like 2 months in advance, and they wont do follow-ups. There was only a short time period where she had a girl there for more than a year that was actually sweet and courteous. All the other ones are rude, they cut you off, they have zero human compassion and they treat you as if by making them do their JOB, youve ruined their day. After almost ten years of coming to Dr. Ubani (and loving her), I actually want to leave just so that the two times a year I go to the Doctors office isnt a complete nightmare.

It seems all reviews are fake or wrote by insiders as none of the quality which described in other reviews are correct. in fact based on these reviews only I had changed my PCP to Dr. Ubani and now I am regretting my decision. highly unprofessional front office. they will keep you waiting for so long and will forget that you are sitting in their office for hours. their billing staff need some serious training as they dont know how to check claim or copay amount and will be on call with insurance for hours while you are waiting to see doctor. also, they have no courtesy even you are waiting and when you ask they will reply in rude and arrogant tone as they dont care. if you have an appointment at 9 am then doctor is running always late and will not take you in until 10:30 am. they dont care of peoples time. please stay away from this office and ignore all other fake positive reviews.

I only put five stars so u can see this, they sent me to the wrong location in which I waited there for forty minutes and tried to call and they never answered my appointment was at nine and I found out I had to drive 20min away to go to the other location I got there and couldnt find parking as well as they made me wait for everyone else to be seen even though it was there fault in the first place FYI there place on 29th St is permanently closed as of a week ago they should of told me that when they made my appointment and it would be nice if they would pick up the phone and be more organized all in all I give them two stars I have been coming to them for a year now this is the second mess up if it happens again I will be looking for a new primary

Wow am I amazed!!! I am a senior citizen. I have lived in the Tampa/Temple Terrace, Fl. area for over 12 years. Today was my first appointment with Dr Ubani for my Medicare Welcome Appt. after recently retiring. In all my years I have never had such a thorough examination as I had today. Dr. Ubani and her staff are the most professional medical clinic I have Ever been in. I could not believe from the receptionist to the nurses, they all showed such enthusiasm for their jobs and professionalism. Yes she is busy and I can understand why. She takes time with you and addresses all your concerns as well as hers! Thank you so much Windsor Clinic for Doing such a great job!

I had one of the worst experiences ever ! Don was very rude to the point Im outside in the parking lot crying. All I ask if one of the test that was listed to be done to be removed and why did I do that? She slammed the door to the room 2x twice and argue with me about it. Im the patient and have the right to refuse any test or services so what I requested should have been done. I almost got up and beat her Ass ! Im switching my PCP as we speak . Dr. Torres was amazing and thats why he got 3 stars .. he answered all my questions but when I ask if he can come back in and speak with me . He refused which Im probably sure it was because of the medical assistant Don.

Imagine being sick, injured and never have selected a primary care provider and 8 days from moving out of the country. Yes, it is as stressful as you can imagine. I was in a terrible bind. I called Dr. Ubanis office and was treated with such empathy, kindness and understanding. From the front office staff, Teresa who listened to my needs and squeezed me into the schedule; to the NP Jim who evaluated me with such attentiveness and care. I have never had such a positive experience at a doctors office before. I am fortunate enough to have found them when I did. Thank you Theresa, Jim and Dr. Ubani. I am now feel that I will be ready for my next adventure.

Dr. Ubani, is a very good, compassionate person. She listens and she is thorough in her exams. Yes, sometimes the wait is a little longer than the actual appointment time, but the treatment is worth the wait. Most of the people that complains are the ones that keep coming back. Her pharmacy staff is AWESOME!!!!

I loved that they were there when I needed them, & I was not an established patient yet! They got me in same day I called. I saw the PA, James , and he gets right to the source of your problem, by ordering blood work and reads your patient paperwork! No guessing here! Hes on top of it! Love that!

I went in yesterday for the first time, and Dr. Agnes was wonderful. She was very nice, friendly and made me feel comfortable her staff was nice and professional as well. Im very happy that she is my primary care doctor, I would recommend her to anyone.
