We have been clients of this doctors office out of convenience for far too long and plan on finding a different office for our needs. We have experienced poor service in several different departments of this office from customer service to medical staff. There is one lady on reception who is down right rude and obnoxious. She once slammed her hand down on the counter to get my attention and then did not apologize that she had startled me. The LPN Karen has horrible beside manner and yelled at me when I was in apparent medical distress. Several of the other practitioners there treat clients like its a Jiffy Lube, in and out. They do not make you feel that you are a priority and are in an out in five or ten minutes leaving you to express to the tech things you still needed to discuss which the tech then relays to the practitioner. Customer service and management is also horrible. We were assessed a no show fee several months ago by mistake. When we called back to have the situation resolved my husband explained that we called back the same day to cancel the appointment and that the fee was a mistake. He ended up arguing with the lady for half an hour telling her it could easily be resolved if she listened to their call logs. She refused to listen to the logs but said she would waive the fee as a courtesy. Fast forward over two months and the fee still has not been resolved resulting in our account being marked as inactive and preventing me from getting much needed medication refilled. They will not provide any services to you including prescription refill unless your account is paid out and active. We called again and were told that we would receive a call from a manager before noon. No call came. We called again and were able to speak with someone in billing who assured us that the fee would be waived this time and the prescription request sent. We waited over half an hour on the phone to speak to a manager that never materialized. We are still waiting for a call back. Please do not patron this doctors office. Doctors offices are cash for service businesses like any other kind of business. They should not be permitted to treat people in this way and extort them for money especially so little money as a $20 no show fee that was charged in error in the first place.

They do not care about the patients at all. I would never recommend this Doctors office. I had a Mammogram that came back abnormal, and I was notified by the company that did my mammogram not by my Dr office. When I called them, they apparently had my test results for 3 days and had yet to call me. I had have numerous problems getting refills for prescriptions, you constantly have to keep calling and bugging them for them to do anything. When I went in for my physical I thought I had a b bladder infection, I was unable to go to the bathroom while I was there, but asked if I could wait in the lobby or come back. They would not let me do that. So I left there with probably a bladder infection. I did find AZO cranberry pills at the drugstore that did seem to work. I had a blood test that came back abnormal, trying to get the Dr to call me back to tell me what was abnormal was unnecessary. The straw that broke the camels back was today. I had called them months ago to get a prescription refilled, they told me before they could I had to have my physical. I made my appt had my physical done, and they were suppose to call in my prescription. I needed my prescription refilled, I went to the pharmacy and they had no record of my prescription ever being called in. I called the Dr office and requested that they refill my prescription, I needed it day of, it should have been called in months ago, and you could tell the guy on the phone was unconcerned. I then expressed the importance of it. I called twice, they never called it in. This medication is not addictive or mind altering, there is no reason to not fill it. They just do not care about the patients at all there. If they are overwhelmed with to many patients, then this is one less patient they have to worry about

Went to the Brandon office about 3 weeks ago to get a physical done for one of my jobs bring them the forms and I had to have a TB test done due to I am a RN and this is normal test we have to do to make sure we dont have TB when going out to see patients so anyway I went and had my TB test done got my results which was negative by the way had them sent to the office as the NP requested I go their today they lost my physical form so I asked the girl at the front desk can they get me a general physical form she said no they dont have one for adults only for kids which is hard to believe since this place is a family medical practice I go on to ask her well can one of the DR or NP write me up something to show I did get my physical done she said no so I then said to her so you mean to tell me I cant get anything from you guys that I took my physical which my insurance already paid for and she stated no its nothing we can do you will have to go get another physical form and then bring it back I stated for a form that yall lost so my concern is a HIPPA violation now because what happened to my paper work this is a 30 min drive for me and to tell me when I get there its nothing you can do because this office lost my paperwork is very unprofessional wish I could have gave this office no stars definitely will be looking for another provider I just cant deal with unprofessional people

These PEOPLE and the ENTIRE company treat you worse than WALMART. They do not listen, they do not care, you are a number not a person. They do NOT go over your lab results. They do not give you timely reminders. When you call them they do not listen to simple request. It is amazing how this company is still in business. The office layout appears to NOT be HIPPA compliant, Patients names are easy to read on the front desk, they do not shade the screens and the FIINE print on any and everything is amazing. When meeting with the nurse to discuss the reason for your visit the first thing you will notice is how RUDE, ABRUPT, LAZY and incompetent they are. FYI the parking lot layout is terrible and uneven. How have they not been SUED?!?! With all the medical providers available in Florida (they are like ants everywhere) there are much better options then this over priced (CHECK THE BILL FOR ACCURACY AND OVER CHARGES) and rude careless over paid under worked (they are on their cell phones none stop) snobs (they look down their nose at all their patients).

I started going to BFMC a little over a month ago & have had nothing but great experiences. Everyone treated both my son & me with the utmost care & respect. The front desk staff is very friendly. All the nurses & Krista the NP are all VERY caring & friendly. Krista is extremely knowledgeable & concerned. Also, i had my blood work done there & the tech was caring & efficient. Needless to say, after my appointment I had to call back about an issue who Krista expressed might be happening due to my symptoms (UTI) & sure enough the urine came back positive so they called me in an antibiotic. Now I have another problem going on & they already called me back to have me come in today. VERY caring, efficient, knowledgeable & concerned. In addition, I got to meet Dr Sehres who I will being going to see in June. This doctor truly has bedside manner; which is hard to find nowadays. Oh, I forgot to mention that even when I call the young ladies I have spoken to have all been outstanding as well. KUDOS TO EVERYONE AT BFMC & THANKS!! :)
