After reading previous reviews I was very nervous about going to this doctors office. Fortunatley my experience there was a good one. The staff was very patient while helping me through the intake process. I had an early morning appointment and they got me in to see the doctor in a reasonable amount of time. (This is a rarity for most any doctors office.) I was very pleased with my treating physician, Dr. Delisa Gay Heron. She was very imformative and kind. I went in a ball of nerves but left with a smile on my face. My medical issue is not yet solved in completion only because further tests are required to rule out other possible causes. Even though I am waiting for my test results to discover what is truely happening to my body I feel so much more at ease. I credit this solely to Dr. Heron, and would like to Thank her and the Staff at Premiere for helping me through an emotionally difficult time. ☺

This is the most unprofessional, poorly staffed medical office I have ever encountered. Not only is the facility very dated, the staff is rude and unhelpful. It has taken months for me to get a prescription changed. No exaggeration. No one even answers the phone, it takes up to and beyond 3 weeks to receive a return phone call after leaving several messages at the women s health office. They should be shut down and completely re-staffed. I hope that everyone who encounters these types of issues contacts their local government officials. This type of office receives federal grant money.... your tax dollars. And that money is being poorly managed. I am lucky enough to have private health insurance and the option to go somewhere else; but it is appalling that that many people have no choice but to receive this less than sub par care.

Be warned!!! WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TOO! !! Office staff is rude rude rude! Been with this office since December (9 mths) my doctor on two seperate occasions has left the practice? Is this a common problem?? Referrals take 4 days to 2 weeks to get by mail??! Drug refills are impossible to get! Sit on hold for hours just to speak to a live person. When & IF your able to get an appointment you will wait 2-3 hes in waiting room to get in for appointment? I would recommended this office to anyone..& I would even bring my hampster to this place!!!

Dr Herron is amazing. Dont get Judith Slute. She wont do anything for you and shes extremely unprofessional. I came in for scripts and she refused to ask the doctor working for them. She also addressed my self injury scars in a very unprofessional manner. I highly recommend the rest of the staff though.

this is the most unprofessional group. Noone knows office and/or insurance policies. I have tried to get an appointment for my son for over a week. I have called 4 times and after speaking to a staff member they assured I would get a call. Well that never happened. How do these people function.

I really like Dr. Rodriguez and now they have a new doctor who is also really good. We have had a few issues before but we love Dr. Rodriguez she always listens and is very helpful. The new pediatrician is also very caring and we were pleased with her. Glad everything got sorted.

For three weeks I was told to, "Call or come back on Monday to schedule an appointment." Even though I did exactly as asked my three children for the fourth week are going without because I have just been told for the fourth week to come back Monday. Dont waste your time!

The staff Is super rude. I asked dc Jennifer Harper Id I could deliver at Wesley Chapple fl hospital and she Rudy said that I had to find myself another doctor. They are so rude she almost made me cry. I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS PLACE AT ALL OR THE DOCTORS THAT WORKS HERE.

Not Sure what happen with many of these other people but this place has great staff and take care of my daughter, same day, if needed. Like all other doctors, they get busy at times esp with kids always getting sick.
