Went to ER for a severe migraine. Dr. Ruisi is the worst excuse for a doctor ever. He accused me of lying about medication, then said I was playing games and he would not give me a narcotic if that is what I was there for. I was there for numbness/tingling and a headache so bad I couldnt see. When I told him I have allergies to certain meds he called me a liar and said more than once that I was playing games. He walked out of the room, never checked me or offered help. I had to get up and find a nurse and then filed a formal complaint with the Director of the ER, her name was April and she followed up later in the day that the complaint was being handled. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. I would never recommend that Hospital to anyone. He should be in severe trouble for this and to think I was never checked to verify that it was just a migraine. DR. FRANK RIUSI....POOR EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR AND I FEEL BAD FOR ANYONE WHO EVER HAS TO BE SEEN BY HIM....IT IS SAD THAT A MAN LIKE THAT IS ALLOWED TO STILL PRACTICE MEDICINE AND FORM OPINIONS BEFORE EVEN DOING AN EXAMINATION ON HIS PATIENT.

Not sure whos writing these reviews. Probably their own staff. I had a bad experience the first time I went to this hospital. Receptionist was rude. The nurse that was typing information was a jerk and the Dr. Ruisi was racist. I was discriminated for translating for my stepfather that didnt speak English and she didnt want me to translate. She yelled at me English only. But she said it with a very rude attitude, with hatred. Definitely a B***h! Staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all and the hospital seems to be empty since I heard they have bad service. Will not give my money to idiots and ignorant people like these. Some people need to quit their day jobs.

They sent my mother in law home when she had a four inch long by two in deep blood clot on the back of her leg. It burst the next morning and we had to have an ambulance come for her again; the third day in a row because they kept sending her home. She could walk on Friday, but on Saturday she could not, but they sent her home anyhow. Finally, on Sunday they kept her but never determined why she cannot walk. I will have the ambulance take her to Zephyhills next time. Not at all happy with the services. The doctor lied about her being ambulatory on Saturday when we called when clearly, she was not. Its ridiculous.

Had my baby there and I wish I hadnt. They charged us $50 for a tube of Vaseline. A nurse screamed at my husband and I to keep the lights on in the room all night...how is a newborn supposed to get any sleep with glaring fluorescent lights in his face? Not to mention the new parents? But the worst thing is that they told us they would take care of his birth certificate and they never did. So 5 years later I cant register my son for school because these idiots didnt do their jobs. Ill have my next baby at home, thanks.

Brought my daughter in after she woke up saying she couldnt swallow and was draining mucus bad. Dr Ruisi was completely rude and acted like we shouldnt be here. He said some out of the way things about "taking time off to take care of your kids" not knowing my situation at all. Not his place & now after so many years of people telling me how much they hate this place I DO TOO! If u need professional medical help without being judged then go a little further down the road to Zephryhills.

Absolute worst hospital!!! I was in an auto accident a few months back and went to the emergency room. They were the most unprofessional and unethical medical personnel I have ever come across. Although the accident wasnt my fault, they treated me as if I was a criminal, never administered any medication and blatantly lied in their medical notes about what they actually did. Avoid if at all possible!!! Complaints will be filed with the FL Board of Medicine and JCAHO!!! Horrible!!

Pasco Medical center is where the Paramedics took me for a Kidney Stone . The Er was very professional the med surgery floor however allow me to fall out of bed and denied me prescribe pain medication as it was night shift. The Surgeon made a mistake and admitted it require surgery at Florida Hospital. i understand mistakes occur but Pasco still trying collect 3000 not cover my insurance after there medical malpractice is concerning at best.

Been to hospitals across the eastern U.S. (clumsy). Have witnessed the Dade City hospital change names multiple times. TIME FOR A NEW ONE. Bayfront is nothing but an overly refurbished inbred ghetto medical facility, staff and patrons alike (before you jump to conclusions, Im part African-American). DO YOU AND THOSE YOU CARE ABOUT A FAVOR AND KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DANGEROUS FACILITY AND THE DOCTORS/STAFF AFFILIATED WITH IT. BAN THE BAY!

4 hours and never seen anyone but triage nurse neither her or the front desk person knew how long the wait was. You would think a vomitting child who wouldnt /hasnt ate because they couldnt keep fluids down or food and over the counter meds wasnt working would be seen even through triage tey should be able to administer nausea medicine I thought Dade city was better then Zephyrhills hospital I was very wrong and very disappointed

I used to liked the place.until a work team (including the attending physicians) decided to agree on not getting laid the night before or something, because that day I was treated there worse than an animal. Ill rather die than getting medical attention there. I would not go to a cemetery to get medical attention. I was in a lot of pain, and I wasnt even given a medication that would control my pain.

I went to the Emergency Room after being told at Leesburg Regional Medical Center Emergency Room that there was an 14 hour wait. I was only in the emergency room waiting area for about 10 minutes before getting called back. The staff were all very professional and courteous to my medical needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Suffered an injury on my back.. The radiologist read the CT Scan, said everything was fine, no fractures, nothing broken. I could not move. They gave me meds to stand me up. Next doc found out I had suffered a chronic spine fracture. Paramedics ought to know not to take people there!
