I have been coming to chc for alitle over 4 years. I really cant complain about any of the services. The sliding scale is equivalent to going to a private doctor. But the cost the labs,xray will be alot more in the private sector. The doctors at Apopka are wonderful. I have been to another location and was treated partially. Not at the Apopka location. The Apopka employees are very friendly. From the check in window, pharmacy, referral ladies, as well as the young lady that does the sliding scale applications. I cant forget to add the manager, whom if you have not had to speak to her, you wouldnt know who she is. She too is friendly helpful and thorough. As far as dental. The (dentist) in Apopka, he is the best. I could pay and go to an outside dentist but i will not because in the past, i went as an emergency walkin and to the dentist in Apopka. He pulled out a bad tooth for me and i didnt even know the tooth had been taken out. He is the best in my book. So i am very thankful for CHC and the services that they provide to the community.

yo pienso que con la salud d una persona no se juega, hacen 2 años me hice unos laboratorios 2 veces y salio positivo. cuando voy a otro doc y me hacen la misma prueba sale negativo.... >.<... ellos te dicen k tienes una enfermedad cuando no la tienes... la espera es una enternidad, se tardan demaciado... personas k hablan espa~ol y te hablan ingles sabiendo k tu no sabes nada d ingles! mal servicio...

Very nice.. My first time here.. The doctor took awhile but she came in the room to say she would be 5 more mins.. The pharmacy took 1 1/2 hrs ...omg the tech was getting my meds in the computer n this guy came up behind me n was leaning on the wall next to me n was breathing so hard i could feel it and his breath stank n he was complaining that he couldnt stand long.. I just looked at him... It was my turn at the window. Besides i been standing longer n i cant stand long cuz my feet cramp n swell up and hurt alot. That i cant work ... The tech told him he would be with him shortly.... But that was rude.. Were all sick thats why we go to the doctors.. He invaded my privicy n made me uncomfortable.im glad the tech told him to wait. But he was still next to me. Then he stood up while waiting for his meds....

I love their customer service theyre very nice the doctors are great especially Rachel and Tanika I love them they gave me great prenatal care in the nurses are awesome I would definitely I commend them also my wait time was very short I made all my appointments and was seen at my appointment times even the other workers like the consultants were great. They told me about every complication that I have and help me fix them I would not go with any other doctors office or health clinic The secretaries were great the schedulers were great. We won in here were very well organized in and I cant wait for the actor to deliver my baby. This is my first baby and Ive learned so much with them the even help me get health-insurance and WIC.

I have seen a couple of of Family Practice Doctors and they have been great! Dr. Paul Jueng and Dr. Amelyn Magtanong, really nice, take their time and very informative. Now, Im pregnant and have seen Dr. Felix Oyola and Im very unhappy. He rushes in and out and makes me feel like Im just another number. He rushes so much that when he asks if I have a questions I cant remember half of what I wanted to ask. He only listened to my babies heartbeat for like 5seconds. This is my husbands first child and he was so excited to hear it and he rushed in and out. My whole appointment lasted maybe 2-3 minutes. Not happy with him and in the process of finding another doctor.

I waited for 2 months for an appointment at two different locations just for them to call me a week before to cancel the first appointment I made then again an hour before my second to cancel that one as well. Tamika the provider decided not show up to work. Then orpha the secretary was really rude and wouldnt help fix the problem. Then lastly when I went to the office to talk to the manager tami ezell she was even more disrespectful than the last one, she basically told me she wouldnt help and that I was screwed. Worst health center! even worst then the normal health department. Pathetic hopefully they get fired. Customers always come first....

They are garbage.!!!!! Dont mess white ur health Bahia place is not a clinic is a circus. Im patient already 6 months and today is my last day. I cant deal with this anymore doctor lee always rushing u. Not even let u explain nothing. Doctor tánica is very rude and unprofessional. She always have some type of attitude and the nurses i dont even going to talk about it.! This is the worse place I ever see in my life.!!!!!! People please pay little more but dont mess with ur health.! Here dont exist professional ethics here is just make ur 40 hours job and thats all they all dont care about patients sad

It seems they will find something "wrong" with you when there isnt anything wrong just to make a buck not just that the other week I received a bill from them that I owed them money cause supposedly my insurance didnt pay for it and a week later my insurance company mailed me stating I do not owe community health centers any money for the visit I had seems to me they were trying to charge me $$$ for 0 reasons at all! And they never stick with your appointment time they will make you wait forever after your appointment time just to call you back for that I rate them a 1.

Tanica is my doctor. I feel very unprofessional she did my physical by herself with no other nurse in the room..pap smear etc. Everytime i have my monthly shes in and out like she really doesnt care. One the day of my appt they blow me up to see if i can come in earlier, i asked the nurse why do they always do that? She says tanica doesnt like to stay long and tries to get everyone out the way by 5 do she can go home.. very unprofesdional to even say to a patient..

Not sastfied again. With the first one three 3 years ago2012 the doc who i saw was unpleasant and was there to just get u out. Now 2015 my first visit was horrible.went to find out how far along i was and hear heart beat. Well he didnt even look for it and come to find out i was sent for a ultrasound and was 13 weeks which u should have heard it by then. IF U LOOKED AND DIDNT DO A QUICK SWIP OVER MY BELLY.

Dr. Jueng and Dr. Delgado so far are the ones my fiance loves most. I like that they talk to you, explain, ask, they take there time, not only looking at the computer. Bathrooms are a bit dirty. Pharmacy has great medicine prices. Some of the staff is courteous, others are grumpy or rude. If you need to see a Dr immediately, dont count on it, appointments are months away.
