This is BY FAR the WORST Dr office Ive ever came across in MY LIFE! 1st reason) you wait an HOUR after your scheduled appointment to even get back to a room to see your Dr, then ANOTHER HR for the Dr to come in & do not even a half ass exam then send you on your way. NONE of the supposed "trained nurses" can draw blood! You wait quite awhile for them to come in with the supplies for them to stuck you 6 times & still miss the vein! 2nd) The ONLY THING they care about is $! Not you nor your children. What could be the SIMPLEST FIX for my 1yr old, uncomfortable, pained BABY is being drug out & ignored so they get paid. My baby has been constipated for literally 6 days now & I call them to ask the Dr to send something to the pharmacy thatll help him Bcuz nothing else is working & I dont wanna give him med. That could hurt him. 1st they wait till the office is CLOSED hours after I call them for help to call me back, tell me theyll send a note to the Dr & ask but nothing can be done that day anymore, call back tomorrow. THEN tell me the Dr wont send anything, bring him in, & oh BTW office is closed till after the NEW YEAR, NEXT WEEK & we can schedule him then if anything is left open. Also not to use anything over the counter. It may hurt him! Neither me nor my children will ever go to that office again & I pray no one else will take their kids there.

I have used these doctors for more than 40 plus years, my children and grandchildren are also patients. Now there are times when frustrated persons seem under-served, but there are other alternatives to getting the service needed. Theres rapid care centers and hospital emergency help, which can provide more extensive testing related to after-hour problems. But I have seen my share of residents, but there is no Doctor better than Dr. Anne Valeri-White, we have built a relationship and she is a great care giver. This is a large and sought after practice that has been stable in this community for 40 plus years, and they deserve respect for the services they can provide. I Absolutely Love Them!

They never answer the phone to schedule an appointment. The reception staff are so unprofessional and helps clients based on their skin color not the line.
