It was my first time coming to this portage path in cuyahoga falls today and I had the first bad experience. I came in to the front desk and this lady was very ruled. I didnt even see the sign that they had up for next window. This woman was so ruled to me she go just sit there and not acknowledge me one time. I just couldnt believe that I never experience that before. I want to report her to her boss because that was just to rule and nasty and crazy. How do u just do that. When I come to my next appointment and I see her again and she do that again Im go report her. That was just so wrong. She saw me standing there but hopefully she get whats coming to her. Hopefully she gets fired for being so rule and mean to patients!!! Learn to acknowledge your patients not ignore them and act like you dont see them standing there. Just because your window is close you dont have to just not acknowledge me. If this place dont work out for me I will be done with this place to people just really dont know how to act in public. That lady made me so mad today I felt like screaming at her.

I am new to the area and I am in need of a counselor - someone to talk to. I am not well. I have called twice to try to get a hold of someone - anyone that can help me to schedule an appointment to see a therapist. I get put through to voice mail that asks me to leave my info and it says that someone will get back to me. I left all of my information 3 days ago, but yet no callback. I have gone to their website and twice, on 2 separate days this week, I have submitted the "make an appointment" form with all of my info. The form says that someone will contact me to schedule appointment. 3 days gone by. Nothing. I need someone. But not this place anymore. Theyve already proven to me that they do not care. Please... Need suggestions where else to go if someone can heLp

I dont know where the bad reviews are coming from. Ive met with three doctors so far and they were all caring and excellent. My one-on-one, Erin, is sweet and easy to talk to. Sean is also amazing and really helps in a constructive and positive way. The only reason I did not get five stars is because of the extraordinarily long wait for a psych evaluation. Until my appt, I have to wait for medication to help. Other than that, the rest has been wonderful. ... And its "rude," not "rule."

There is only 1 good doctor here and that Jim. The other doctors care more about their DR status than they do about their patients. Jim actually looks at you as a person. Others will judge you when they dont know you.
