This is the worst urgent care when it comes to billing! Do not let them lie and tell you that they will send the bill in the mail. Their system is messed up!!!! My husband and I have paid EVERY BILL we have received in the mail, and they still call us to tell us that we owe them money. We have been paying and they have been calling for the last six months, and its always the same amount of money that they are saying we owe them, AFTER we have paid them! Something is obviously wrong with their payment system. I will NEVER suggest them to anyone or go to them again.

Omg if your sick I wouldnt recommend coming to this location! They figure people must make up things and come to the Dr. I have absolutely no time to go to the dr., so if I do that means something is wrong! These people are literally coming in the room checking vitals and lying saying your fine. How do You know that?? You cant look at a person and tell anything about them unless you check! Easy paying job for them to just walk in and basically say your fine. Dont waste your time.

I went in last Sunday and they told me Id get a call on Monday with my results and they never me. I called them Tuesday ava left a very concerning message bc I was still having problems. Plus no one picked up.

My primary care doctor is here and shes wonderful. Most of the staff is friendly and nice, and the building is very clean. I always have excellent experiences whenever I come here.
