The office itself is completely kid friendly and its in a really good location. The nurses are amazing, the lactation staff is incredible the pamphlets and general information provided is so helpful especially for a new parent. The associate doctors are so patient and understanding and knowledable and they really work with you. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is for 2 reasons the administrative staff. Their knowledge, professionalism and attitude is just as important as the medical staff and they can be rude, unaware, and uncaring at best, not all but enough to make you regret going there. Also in the begining his pediatrician seemed to try and be as helpful as possible - but he didnt listen, its like when you know so much that you start assuming and stop listening to small details that make a difference. I began to be uncomfortable communicating with him because I felt like my concerns & werent being taken with validity - even though i always ended up being right (as a new parent that can be very frustrating and cause you to doubt yourself unnecessarily) my childs pediatrician wasnt always on the same paige as his specialist which made me uncomfortable, and he didnt always seem to know what was going on. Also the office was more concerned with keeping schedule, than understanding when a child was actually sick and it wasnt just a well visit, i would often get conflicting information but be taken care of and taken care of well just given a lot of hassle. Understandbly that is the office staffs job, but more often that not the information was not communciated well between the medical staff and the administrative staff. And my childs doctor was not always on the same paige as my childs specialist which made me uncomfortable. The associate doctors made me more comfortable than his actual pediatrician, & they talked to me rather than at me. Even though I wasnt completely comfortable with my experience, I would still reccomend this practice to anyone with a newborn or toddler especially if they dont have special needs.

Our son was misdiagnosed by Ann Witt in 2012 as she assured us he was not tongue and lip tied (multiple times) when in fact he was. Due to the severity of the ties, breastfeeding was not successful. We went on to have his ties diagnosed by a highly reputable dentist in Dayton, OH. As someone with a degree in breastfeeding medicine, tongue and lip ties should be easily diagnosable and revised. Additionally, the practice is not open to any divergence from the CDCs vaccine schedule and due to our desire for an alternative/delayed approach to immunization, we were kicked out of the practce. Went on to see a more open minded Ped thru the Cleveland Clinic and were far happier and respected as parents. Overall, horrific experience at Senders.

I absolutely love this place!! Im new mom and they have made my experience so pleasant. Our first visit they wrote a cute little message welcoming us to their office on the examination table. Made you feel like more than just the next patient. My daughter was sick at 3 weeks, throwing up at 2:00am. I called their 24 hour medical assistant line and the ladies were nothing sort of concerned and very helpful. They even had someone call me the following day to make sure she was doing better without my request. I have never heard of such an accommodating private physicians office. If I had to choose again, I wouldnt change a thing!! Love them!!

Friendly, caring staff. As new parents, weve needed a lot of information and reassurance. We receive this and more from everyone weve interacted with at this office. Very short wait times, flexible scheduling, and they have been very accommodating with our request to stretch out the vax schedule so that our baby would not get too many shots at any one visit. Also, conveniently located; we can walk to our appointments if necessary, which gives us real peace of mind. Overall, we couldnt love this practice more!

Love this place. My daughter was a patient a couple years back but we had to change due to insurances. Being back I couldnt find a pediatrician. The NP I was not happy with. One I decided to visit their website and discovered that I knew one of the doctors as a resident which was GREAT!! They accepted my insurance and thats where shell be until she has to change!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Compassionate, caring, available...every member of this office goes above and beyond. On the few occasions Ive called with an emergency or urgent need, theyve accommodated us with no notice. I recommend them to everyone because everyone should have care this good.
