Prenatal Express Rm. 418 -- Express? I have never experienced a longer wait time ever with or without appointment. The receptionist is rude will turn you away ASAP . My wife and I arrived there at 7:00 filled out all the paperwork was done by 7:40 got seen by the eligibility agent at 8 didnt get seen by practioner til 1:25. As her husband I wasnt allowed to any of the in between meetings even the family history portion with the nurse, were clearly theyd need my family history as well nope they had me wait outside thankfully my wife spoke out at one point before I had to. Through all that they tell us last minute the ultrasound technician isnt in so we may not be able to hear the babys heartbeat (we didnt) 7 whole hours in that office to be told oh part of the process wont even be completed as told. Best recommendation avoid this place, however, if you can not be prepared to spend your whole day here bring food, snacks, drinks, be comfy and bring a blanket and pillow its going to be a looonnngggg day.

The worst example of government incompetence in action! I just need a piece of paper! That I can only get from one place. they make you stand in line with people who are getting shots for three hours and when Im three people short of the window they tell me they are not giving out any more forms today!! Then the lady told me she was trying to help me by telling me to be there at 7:30 and try again.

My review is for the vital statistics office in building two. They were super fast and very friendly. Literally Im in and out in 15 minutes. While dealing with my mothers death, this was the least stressful thing Ive done. I really thought I would have to sit there for hours waiting on a number to be called. Thanks!

If you could get your case manager to answer your call, or call you back it would be nice. Most of the time when i go into the back, most are just sitting their staring at their computers, paying no attention to the phones ringing. And if you have an appt say at 9am, dont worry they will come when they get ready lol.

The pharmacy office does not open back up on lunch break on time. An employee is cleaning glasses just sitting while the area are getting full of ppl. Also texting and cleaning their cell phone. Waited 20 minutes after they are suppose to be open
