I went there last year because I have hyperthyroidism and I used to go to a free clinic, but I decided to try this place instead because It was closer to my house. I should have read the reviews before going to this place. The receptionist was nice and they told me when I made the appointment that I would be seeing Dr. Ravanam. When I went there I didnt even see the doctor I just saw the Nurse Practitioner, I explained to her why I was here and stuff, they took blood from me, and she took my blood pressure she said it was a little high but nothing to be worried about, and to come back in a week to get results from my blood test. I went back there to get the results, everything was normal, then the nurse wanted me to take a urine test, but never told me I had to wash my hands to make sure no bacteria gets in the cup and to come back a week later for the results. I came back a week later, she said bacteria was in my urine so gave me antibiotics, then she gave me blood pressure medication because my pressure was still a little high and to come back in a week. A week later I came back and told her the medication made me light headed, she just said I may need a stronger dose of blood pressure medication, so she increased the dose and told me to come back in a week. I came back in and told her the same thing it makes me light headed. She just said that happens when people first get on blood pressure pills. Then about a month later I got an ear infection that I think may be from sinus pressure buildup. I read online that sometimes sinus buildup from a cold or allergies can put pressure on the ear and cause an infection. I told her that I think I might have seasonal allergies, without even examining me she just writes a prescription for seasonal allergies and then just also prescribes antibiotics. I told her dont I need ear drops too, she said that ear drops were not effective. I took the antibiotics but it didnt seem to help so I also bought an over the counter ear drops, I took the ear drops with the antibiotics and that seemed to help. I noticed a few weeks ago that the Doctors name isnt even on the website anymore, but yet my refills for my thyroid medication still has his name on it. Also I have hear the nurse practitioner yell at a patient in the other room one time. This place is a joke, it seems like they are just pill happy and want to put people on pills for everything. Im glad I found another doctor. This place is a joke.

This review is for the behavioral health APN (although she deserves the title of doctor more than any of the several certified psychiatrists Ive seen in over a decade) Cecilia Berumen. I never do these Google reviews, but I just cannot say enough good things about her. She actually CARES and LISTENS, and although she tells me that is her job, and it is, sadly it is a very rare quality to find these days. I saw her for my 3rd appt today and my symptoms are feeling better than they have in years and years. I honestly feel so hopeful for the future finally finding someone who listens and genuinely wants to help me, and I feel truly blessed to have found her. If youve had negative experiences with behavioral health professionals in the past like I have (this includes Heidi who was at 7 Hills before Cecilia, and wanted to send me to get ECT because she was unwilling to keep at it and find a solution that worked for me) give Cecilia Berumen a chance to show you how you should be treated as a patient! SHE IS THE BEST!!!

Worst dr of the world award goes to dr ravanan! His office was a joke I came in there and some lady was screaming at the reception is seeing that they called her in for appointment to check her results but they didnt even have the results some little kid was screaming and yelling at the doctor calling him a little b I t c h he immediately drew blood missing about four times bruising on both arms and didnt even draw blood for no reason the only reason I can think of is insurance fraud which Im calling Medicaid in the morning and Reporting him he didnt acknowledge the reason I was there or even talk to me about any of my problems wouldnt refill any medications wouldnt give any referrals he really didnt do anything there was no reason for me to come in and wait 2 hours would not recommend this doctor to anyone I would rather go to the hospital and wait 8 hours then to see him again

This past Tuesday (6-6-17) was my first, and not last, psychiatry appointment with Cecelia Berumen. Ive been going with my mother to various appointments (Therapy, Check-ups, and Behavioral Health) at 7 Hills for about 12 months and Ive seen a lot! But when my mom went on her third or so appointment with Cecelia, and had been so positive about her, I knew that​ I had to come along and see. I WAS STUNNED. Ive been going to the same psychiatrist for over 2 years and my appointment with Cecelia made me really realize how much of an awful excuse for a doctor Ive been seeing! I instantly booked an appointment with Cecelia, and I have nothing but overwhelming praise and pure gratitude for this woman

Everytime I make an appointment they make me wait out in the waiting room 15 minutes or so.. not too bad...then they take me back ask me some questions and make me wait again for at least 45 minutes for the doctor, its ridiculous whats the point of making an appointment? Once all they had to do is read my tb results, meaning all they had to do was look at my arm and they had me waiting for almost an hour and a half truely dislike this place currently looking for a different place and recommend people do the same. Also the ladies here lack costumer service skills even on the phone they suck.

This place is a joke, they have 2 nurses to answer over a thousand patients calls, I called a few days ago and one was on vacation, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was only one supervisor, which to no surprise would be in a meeting all day, after the meeting supervisor would be on vacation foe a week. Not sure how a medical facility can accommodate Ill patients to keep them from going to ER.

It is really great to find doctors and nurses willing to come out to your home when necessary to see patients, that in itself was a surprise and was a great help when you or a family member needs to see a doctor but wont or cant go into the office but doesnt need to be hospitalized.

Awful experience! I called to see if they took my Insurance and the lady was blunt and not helpful at all. She was rude and didnt say goodbye and just hung up on me even though I still had questions. Definitely going somewhere else.

Its redicule, wait for almost two hours. Some time nurses r good sometime in bed mood. Think to change doctor. Dont go again. I left without seen doctor. Definitely go to other doctor. Recommend not to go there.
