i went to this place on December 28, 2016 due to a bleeding problem and i told the front people that i dont have an insurance. The guy who worked in the front told me its OK not to have an insurance. they are going to put me on a sliding scale and it wont cost me a lot. I paid $20 at that time and they send me to a nurse practitioner named nystrom linda. After basic vital signs check she came to room with a laptop and asked couple of questions and filled her necessary documents and said they need to do a lab test. She didnt address my actual problem instead told me to go to the lab. She said she need to check whether i have a thyroid problem. I dont know what is the relationship between thyroid and bleeding. (i dont think this person is suitable for a CNA post either). so that day i end up giving a blood sample and had to find my own solutions for the bleeding problem. when someone is bleeding isnt that a major concern. are you going to wait five days until the lab results come to decide what to do next? She said she need to see the lab results first. seven days gone by but no one contacted me about the lab results. when i called them they said it came out normal. Arent you supposed to call and update your clients? They said if its normal they are not going to contact us. (good customer service). Eventually my bleeding problem resolved by itself. I gave all the necessary documents to this people and waited for my sliding scale payments. Instead i got a letter from quest diagnostic showing that i have to pay $1010.20 for the seven lab test. i have no idea what are these unnecessary lab test they have done on my blood sample without even notifying me. so i called these people and said i cant pay this much money. I further mentioned that i informed the front people before starting anything , i dont have an insurance and currently unemployed. They promised me that i dont have to pay much and i will be on a sliding scale based on my income. "Tammy "- she said she is the manager in financial department said she will send the necessary documents to the quest diagnostic and i wont get any more letters. She further mentioned if i get any other letter call her back. After month later i got a second notice from quest diagnostic. So i tried to contact Tammy. That time EMMA answered the phone. I told her i talked with TAMMY and she already know my problem. After few minutes checking she said " i can see you talked to someone the other day. But its not the manager. manager was out of her seat that time. i dont know who speaks with you. but thats not the manager.( So they have more than one manager and fake managers too). So i told this lady about my situation and mentioned no one told me about this many tests. she said she is not responsible about lab works. She said i should contact quest diagnostic and ask them to start a sliding scale payment for me. I told her clearly i was there customer and they promised me to give their service but now they are asking me to contact another company. (arent they supposed to handle these things) . Anyway i tried to contact this quest diagnostic more than 50 times they never answer the phone. Instead they keep sending letter that i have to pay more than $1000. whoever going to this place are either unemployed, uninsuranced or low income family members. Most of them dont speak English very well. so these people trick them with unnecessary lab works and get their money. Now i have to pay $ 1000 which i will never be able to pay with my family background. I have nothing left but cursing these people for their cheap service. I will never be there again and i want others to be educated about this horrible people. I wish if someone can help me legally in this situation. Now i have to deal with $ 1000 dollar invoice which will be haunting me forever.

I would give you guys a negative rating if I could. My wife has been a patient here since 2012. Last Friday we received a call from someone saying that our upcoming appointment has been cancelled due to not taking our insurance anymore. This is 3 days before our scheduled appointment. My wife sees a psychiatrist and needs her meds daily. I told the person that called that we are willing to pay for the appointment this time until we get it figured out. They refuse to give me a price as what it would cost for that visit and YES, refused to see us. The doctor refused a request to fill the medication for a week or two until we find a new doctor. The billing department says they changed this insurance policy as of January 1, 2016 but I received this call February 19th. I called back scheduling and they said they refer me to billing because of the insurance issue. Billing says that its their fault, the clients should have been told this before January 2016. But no letter, no return phone calls and a lot of back and forth. I ask to speak to the manager or director and got nowhere. A nurse returned our call and indicated that its between the patient and the doctor. But the doctor doesnt even have the courtesy to return a phone call unless there is money in it for her. I believed this is very unethical and some insurance fraud is going on here. Btw. I look at my wifes medical record for the last 4 years and 60% of the procedures on their that the insurance was billed for was NEVER DONE. Ill vigorously persue this with the attorney general and file a complaint with the health board. Anyone reading this, please find another facility for your loved ones. Sincerely L Nankishore

I just had surgery on Saturday. Had a cough before the surgery, and Dr. Fadel Azer said after surgery he would have me set up with antibiotics to prevent my cough worsening (had a tube down my throat for surgery) and prevent it from turning into pneumonia. Also to avoid me going back to the hospital and waiting a ridiculous amount of time to be seen. Was told my follow up appointment was Wednesday at 9:30, only to find out on the phone that Dr. Azer isnt in on Wednesday, and staff failed to let me know again that my doctor will not be at my appointment. ANYWAY, we were supposed to have antibiotics either sent home with us to fill, or for him to call over...NEVER HAPPENED. We were just on the phone for 28 minutes to only be transferred to the nurse and wait another 10 minutes while the phone continuously rang. At one point, the phone was picked up, we heard voices, then they hung up. Not only did they screw up my surgery the first time in January and to prevent future ectopic pregnancies on my left tube in the future, I had another one that I again almost died from ON THE SAME SIDE. Claimed they removed the tube entirely in January because it ruptured, only to find out they lied and said, "Oh no, only partial was removed and it must have grown back." I have almost lost my life twice because of their carelessness and am switching doctors. My kids do not need to grow up without their mother. Do NOT have these clowns "take care" of you. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
