This was a great place very helpful for a lot of people. Then Management became very different staff changed rules changed email started some people dont understand it perfectly administrators busy telling you all about their lives and then you walk in one day to a surprise no funding and theres a surprise same people InCharge of the Larkin house open for 118 years and surprise it closes starting to wonder if the management isnt on board to serve themselves and still serving the people that really need the help

Police called by counselor, so no arrest went home, delay of med by Walgreens...wow!! A counterproductive day!!????? Wrong county, we dont live in Kane, drug country. We are Christians, and we do not want a Haldol poisoning for our son from Dr Franz at Sherman. Skitz are non violence people....he is uneducated. Invega 3 mg is the drug of choice. Not a Haldol and Ativan poisoning by Kelli nurse, doesnt know what she is doing...my son is not bipolar per Hoffman Estates hospital.

I felt like I was having a nervous breakdown, so I went to Eckers Emergency Psychiatric Program. It was honestly a great decision! I didnt have an appointment I just walked in! Its next to ER at Sherman Hospital, and theyre open 24 hours a day. The staff there are really nice and caring, and seem professional. They helped me really fast, and I feel alot better now!!

The doctors are horrible when it comes to picking up their phones. If someone has an emergency they are no where to be found. It is not that difficult to make oneself available for others especially if one is a doctor. where is the love?
