Got there at 4:14 and was turned away because they require 18 minutes for an appointment and close at 4:30. Explained I just need a Rx for antibiotic ointment, but refused and directed me to an urgent care that did not exist. It was an ER. Refuse to take the time to assist or help direct me to somewhere that could help. Treated like cattle and not a patient.

The women taking care of me is very polite and very comforting, but I made sure to make an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait 45 minutes. When I arrived I ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes on top of already "holding my 45 min wait". This is not the first time this has happened.

The clinic doctor was very nice but misdiagnosed me with strep. I got worse that day and went to a Sherman convenient care the next day were they diagnosed step and gave me antibiotics. I would recommend going to a convenient care or your doctors for an illness.

Placed charged me while not listening to my needs as a patient. If you ever have to use this place, make sure the provider tells you exactly how he or she will conduct the visit. That way youll know whether its worth your time or not.

Why keep minute clinic hours that go through a specific time when there are no plans to take patients? Walked in 30 minutes before closing to find the practitioner wiping down chairs. She told me to come back in the morning.

Dont go if you think you have strep! Good luck getting any results! I am a nurse and I dont think they did the test correctly anyway!
