Exercising at the NW Health& Fitness Center is the most pleasant exercising experience ever. Each tread mill has its own TV - time flies while watching sports or your favorite show. Fresh terry cloth towels everywhere. Latest machines and a comprehensive variety of free weights and benches. Togs shop, water dispenser to fill your bottle, comfortable locker rooms stocked with toiletries and free lockers with built in combo locks. Relaxed atmosphere makes it a nice place to be... oh, and the Aquatics area - 1st rate.

I have been going to Delnor Health and Wellness Center. for over three months. I enjoy going the locker room and workout areas are clean. The staff is very helpful and I am not objectified or distracted by someone who look like the work at a dance club. The people who workout at wellness center are in gym clothing that is modest. Health and wellness is right to the point they have classes for people who want to be healthier and do so in peace. I can not stress enough how much I enjoy the center. John Hanses

Well laid out. Has everything you could possibly want. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice mix of people some very fit and others like me no so. Just trying to be active and not he another heart attack. Exercise is set at an appropriate level for you.

The Health and Wellness Center is a great.. All except the front desk ladies. Specifically, morning staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. Clean house up there and everything else will be good.
