Currently, I am about 9.5 weeks pregnant and I have been trying to schedule a prenatal visit with this location since Sunday. I first went to their website to view their services and read that they will get back to you in about 24 hours if you try reaching them after or before business hours. I left a voicemail Sunday afternoon with all of my information and what service I needed. Tuesday came around and I still did not receive any phone call from clinic. I decided to call yet again on Tuesday around 5PM - I finally reach a receptionist and told them I would like to schedule a prenatal appointment and that I also called location on Sunday and did not get any response from someone who worked there. The receptionist took my information down and Im assuming he was inputting my information into their computer - he said he would also note that I called on Sunday and did not receive any call back. As we were finishing up the conversation and him taking down my information, he finished the conversation with, "Well, the office doesnt shut down until 8PM so you should be getting a call tonight." Never received a phone call that evening. It is now Thursday around 6PM - STILL NO CONTACT. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst health clinic I have ever been to. If you need a doctor to write a referral for you then go ahead and come to vna health, however, if you actually need a real Doctor then do your body a favor and go somewhere else. The Wheaton location would NOT confirm their location with my insurance after I went in to talk to the receptionist and called many times and was told they would confirm but they never did. When I called they said the Dr Julie would get back to me but she never did. I called three times in one week and my calls were never once returned. When I had my appointment the Dr was in a rush and left the door open through my whole visit. Dr. Julie gave me no time to discuss my other questions after she wrote a referral I needed her for. She wrote me a referral for the wrong exam which I later had to go back to get her to write me the correct one. The office is dark, dingy, and the chairs in the waiting room are gross. I get better service at gas stations than I do here.

Update: Ot has now been over a month and well into the second. These people are incompetent and dont care to help. The nurses that answer the phone keep saying it will happen but it never does. Worse they never answer the phone probably due to all the crappy things they have done to customers. I dont want to be upset id prefer to never have to call them. I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to call my insurance and verify my prescription. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. WORSE, no direct line to the office just the main branch who could care less about trying to assist me and stated, it will take 3 days for a nurse to call. 3 days why do you need 3 days for a phone call and it is now 3 weeks later and you have done NOTHING. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY MAKE EVERYTHING WORSE>!!!

This review is based on only one visit. I took my mother to this clinic mainly because it accepts her Medicare insurance plan. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how well the visit went and the level of medical care that my mom received. The clinic is clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor we saw was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. The wait time was about 15 minutes which included the new patient registration. We had no appointment, just walked in and received care right away. My mothers health issue was well a dressed with the medication prescribed. Overall great experience.

The phone service is what makes me rate this facility. The amount of time you spend on hold is ridiculous, especially if YOU ARE RETURNING THEIR CALL TO YOU! There a should absolutely be no way you should spend 15 minutes on hold returning a call. There should be a separate number for ppl returning calls. And if youre not on hold it goes to voicemail. I am attempting to reach them at this VERY MINUTE AND I CANT! So frustrating!!!!!

The clinic and staff are wonderful, however, trying to reach them by phone is impossible. I have been on hold for a nurse today for over twenty minutes. :( The phone finally rings and then I get thrown into the voicemail that says someone will contact me within 24 hours??
