Worst customer service ever! ive had so many incidents with them that its not even funny! First off, i have been trying to schedule an appointment for my baby and they have answering service and everytime i call i get directed to them and they just keep telling to call back bc theyre busy. Are you kidding me? ive called so many times and theyre always busy! I am at work and i can not be making calls and be on the phone 24/7. These people need to hire more employees, seriously. In the past when i was pregnant they would make me wait an approx of 35 mts in the waiting area, and about half an hour inside the room. and One time when i was about to give labor, i went in to plan a possible inducement and they made me wait for the doctor for an hour then called me to the desk to let me know Doctor wasnt coming so they would have to cancel my appointment unless i wanted to wait for him to possibly arrive in an hour so they werent even sure that he would be there in a hour. But i waited bc i had no other option! For a total of 2 hours! You can imagine my frustration! Then one day Im waiting in the waiting area again and they call me up to the desk let me know theyre about to close and they wont be able to see me. so they simply said i would have to reschedule, are you kidding me? why make me wait for about 40 mts instead of telling me that since the moment i arrived? all these while i was pregnant! Then this one time i had an appointment for my baby(2mths old at the time) and as usual i waited about half an hour this time and then they called me to the desk to tell me they wont be able to see my baby because he wasnt 2 months yet. He was going to turn 2 mths the next day but they wouldnt see him because he came to the appointment ONE DAY earlier!! Couldnt they girl that made my appointment told me that over the phone, instead of making me go there for nothing? It was very early in the morning i want to say at 8:30am i had to wake up my baby and not only that but my car battery died and i had to ask for help to be able to get to my appointment on time FOR NOTHING! Horrible service overall! i have more stories but lets leave it there!

I have mixed feelings about this place. some doctors are really good and others are clearly just doctors that couldnt find jobs elsewhere. This particular time ticked me off enough to come write a review. This time I brought my one year old in because hes starting to get sick and a few kids in his day care class have been in the hospital this week with bacterial ifections. My son the last two days has had crusty eyes that can barely open in the morning a green snotty nose and a progressing cough so I decided to take him in before it gets worse. I told her his symptoms and told her that I had been giving him some left over antibiotic that u had from last time he was sick and that it cleared up the crusty eye issue but that he is still coughing, not eating and extremely congested and had a slight fever but she told me that "kids arent the same as adults just because he has green boogers doesnt mean he has an infection, and its not considered a cold unless its been going on for 7 to 10 days " I told her I wanted to handle before it escalated and she said "because its VIRAL I cant do anything unless u want some eye drops" what?!?!?! I told her how is it that every kids in day care has the same thing my son has and they were alllll bacterial but none his is viral. she didnt even look anything him besides lookin in his ears and said hes fine! she also told me the antibiotic I had on hand doesnt help stuff like this so it was just a coincidence that he started getting better when i gave it to him and to come back in a week if he doesnt get better! everytime i see this lady doctor named BUTTERFIELD she completely says anything to disagree with whatever opinion i have so now I had to leave with nothing for my sick son I am so pissed!!!!!!

Ive been coming here for 3 years now. The staff and doctors have always been pleasant to work with. Theyve taken their time to answer all of my questions and have provided outstanding service. I understand a lot of you complain about the wait time but that happens with any doctor (whether you have great insurance or not). Trying paying for a better insurance and youll see the grass isnt greener on the other side. I appreciate what this clinic has done for me and my family. Instead of posting negative when was the last time you posted something positive about your experience here. Words to think about.

I been coming here for a few years already they helped me through my whole pregnancy I never had a complaint until the insurance didnt want to cover my labor because it was in a hospital they were not in network and VNA helped me they called my insurance called the hospital and got me in to the global network and my son now is almost a year old n I didnt have to pay out of pocket

I am very grateful for their service that they provide for me and my family. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. We have been with this clinic for 2 years. Our visits have been very pleasant. Thank you for serving , I appreciate your calmness and respect you show to your patients. I have observed how some patients can be trying at times and I applaud your kindness.

Rude staff and the doctors and psychologist is horrible. I go weeks without medication and when I do have an appointment Im still waiting an hour. Came in for another appointment a hour and a hour early and still wasnt seen until 2 hours after my appointment time. This is ridiculous! Something really needs to get done about this.

Ever since doc willing had left this place has HORRIBLE HORRIBLE horrible Im looking into changing my doc and pediatrician ASAP I cant stand the rude girls at the desk I hope one day those ladies can get treated the way they treat others. And the wait is ridiculous!!! Im not a satisfied patient at all!!

DR. SHAH is the ONLY doctor I will see at the VNA! She does not question my opinion as a mother & she is addresses my children EVERY time we see her & not just me. A GOOD pediatrician is hard to come by thats why I use a family doctor which DR. SHAH happened to be the BEST fit!

I had a set apoointment time and had to wait an additional 45 minutes just to get called. This seems to be a routine for this place. You wait so long just to get into a room to wait some more. I will definitely be going else where for now on.

Well I will have to give it a one start review for the ob side, had to switch providers due to the birthing policy, also having issues with them faxing my records to my new provider, its been about two weeks and they have nothing..
