Would give no stars if I could. I called this location this morning about a cat that I had found that passed away by the road in my neighborhood. She looked to be about 6-7 months old. She appeared to have been taken care of. She did not have a collar on. Her body gave me the impression that she passed about an hour before I found her. Nobody in my neighborhood recognized her. This was the first vet office that I called. I explained my situation to the receptionist and explained that if this was my cat and she had a microchip, I would want someone to check for a microchip and notify me that my cat passed away. The receptionist was unbelievably cold about the cat and basically told me cats are normally not chipped and she doesnt see the point. Im aware that cats are not often chipped but the point is, what if she was?! The lady on the phone did not care at all. Makes me sick that someone who works in this field of work where people are supposed to be animal lovers would act that way. The next vet clinic I called told me to bring her in right away and they would defiantly check her for a chip. That is the way animal lovers act. They go above and beyond to try everything to reunite an animal (dead or alive) with their owners. Very disappointed in this woman. I wouldnt go to this facility if they would hire someone that is this cold.

NO SURGERY Review: We have been with Dr Tony & his staff for over 2 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and stays current on animal treatments. Our 10 y.o. doxie had serious disc issues that would have required surgery - EXCEPT that Dr Tony has a laser treatment (similar to an ultrasound). It was so convenient - no long waits. The staff would massage her with this new technology for about 5 minutes a day over a couple of weeks. And miraculously she has been "cured" and runs & plays like a 1 y.o. now! It was incredibly reasonable too. Also - Dr Tony has great prices for teeth cleaning in relation to other vets because he believes its important for our dogs health. The staff is terrific and gives you prices up front, no surprises. This is the BEST Vet Clinic to trust because of the staff, technology and prices! This clinic saved me & my dog from uneccesary surgery. If your dog has hip dysplashia issues, neck or spine, old injuries call Acupet to get the details. Very happy pet owner.

Dr. Tony is the best vet and animal surgeon I have ever come across. He saved the life of my Weimeraner at least twice. One time she had drank contaminated water outside in a drainage canal and bye the time I carried her in she was totally limp and near death. He quickly diagnosed the issue and saved her. The second time she had a HUGE tumor growing our her chest and he surgically removed it with the touch and eye of true artist. That dog is now 17 years old and still under his care. He is truly a gifted surgeon and is respected by other vets in the area I have spoken too. I cannot say enough good things about this man, as far as I am concerned he is a the best vet in the area and I trust him completely......oh yeah, he took great care of my 4 cats over the years as well! Thank you Dr T!

If your credit card declines god forbid, they will take away the medicine that they already handed you for your 17 year old diabetic cat that is bleeding all over the house from a Urinary Tract infection. It is disgusting that they would even suggest sending me and my cat home without that medication especially after giving him an injection of the antibiotic, then leaving him with nothing,, If my cat dies, I will make sure that this vet loses his license. I am guessing that all of the people rating 5 stars have money in the bank and can afford the over priced fees that they charge! That is my only explanation, and I am sure if I forked over the cash like the rest of them, they would put on their caring "ACT" as well!

Absolutely amazing Doctors and staff, very fast service my appointment was at 4:30pm and my sweet Tank was seen as soon as we walked in the door, no long waiting for someone to see us after being taken into the waiting room. Very clean atmosphere. The doctor and her staff are very concerned about the well being of their patients and make sure you understand what is going on with youre pet. And the pricing of their services are very affordable. I am very pleased with the service and so is Tank with one dose of antibiotics and ear meds hes a whole new dog. Thank you for the great experience we will definitely be using you guys in the future.

The care my best friend has received the last couple of years has been amazing. My best friend, Buddy, is approaching 16 years old and has some health issues that have been tough to get under control. There have been numerous occasions that Buddy has been sick and the staff at Acupet always gets him in the same day and never charges any "emergency" fee. Words alone cant illustrate the level of care and compassion these people show. When Buddy isnt feeling good I pick up the phone and talk to Ms. Diane. She always gladly gives me advice without solely seeking to get us in for an appointment just to make a dollar.

I have brought two of my dogs here for the last few times they have been ill. Dr. Tony is wonderful--with my pets and myself alike. He is very caring and thorough. I also like how he explains what he is doing during exams, and why. The office staff is next-level as well. Everyone is very friendly, and it definitely puts my dogs at ease in new territory. The cost is also mentionable. Everything is at a cost that isnt going to bankrupt you, which is perfect for an adolescent like me. Two paws way up from Thor and Pixie, and five stars from me. :)

I used Acupet for years and years. Dr. Musgrave was excellent. When Dr. Musgrave passed away, a different vet took over the practice. Dr. Tony does not seem to be as experienced, skilled or knowledgeable as Dr. Musgrave. For anything outside of ordinary, he seems to be guessing at solutions or treatments. I have lost trust and confidence in Acupet as a result. I am now using a different vet and hoping for that level of trust and confidence I used to feel with Dr. Musgrave.

Dr. Remillard and his staff are outstanding. They show compassion and understanding about your concerns for your animal. They take the time to go over any and all questions that you may have and offer real life solutions. Their fees are very reasonable and they dont try to pressure you into unnecessary and expensive testing or procedures. If you are looking for a great Vet with a great office staff you will find it here.

Dr. Tony and his staff has taken care of my dogs for over 5 years now. He has done an amazing job and really takes the time to explain everything about your furry friend in terms you can understand. He will not try to sell you any products or procedures unless they are absolutely necessary. You can certainly trust him with your pet and your wallet!
