Everyone has been so friendly to us and our animals. They always go above and beyond with helping people. They helped my grandmother and her dog by going out to her house because her dog couldnt get around anymore. It meant everything to her that the people here were willing to help in the way they did, she never expected it and I know that it helped both of them more than we could explain. My dog always gets nervous going inside but remembers all the love he gets from everyone that works here. We have moved out of Reynoldsburg a few months ago and closer to downtown, but we will continue coming out to Animal Care Hospital because of how awesome everyone has been. If youre looking for a great vet that actually cares about their relationship with you and your animals; Animal Care Hospital of Reynoldsburg will take care of you.

I have been taking cats and dogs to this vet for over 20 years. The doctors are very professional and Hailey and Devin have been awesome. I have had some issues with Cat and especially Carla so I prefer to speak to staff members that are polite, empathetic and not "yee haw" rude. Dr Schwab and Dr Melin are the only vets I love and trust he most all these years. They are an awesome team, top notch. I have referred many family and friends over 20 years and they are so happy and mention how fortunate they are to have the best most sweetest, kindest doctors they have ever had the experiences with. They as my family, remain loyal. Thank you for EVERYTHING, over all of these years. You are loved very much.

Called and the lady who answered the phone hung up abruptly. I called back immediately and asked if they were "by appointment only". The same lady said yes. I asked if she had any appointments available today. She said "no...were completely booked". I asked if they had any future appointments available. She asked "have you been here before?" I said "no". She responded with "were not taking new customers". I said "thank you". She said "yep" and hung up the phone! The entire experience was very short on customer service. She didnt offer to take my name, number, or to say thank you for considering Animal Care Hospital of Reynoldsburg. Wow!

Been a long time visitor with my three dogs that are like my children. They have shown true care many times and Dr. Melen has called me at my house twice now, at night, when I was in an "emergency" state - at least to me. My youngest is easily frightened and I go the extra mile to try to make sure the vets office isnt scary. They let him fall asleep in my arms before his "no good very bad day" surgery and when he got startled as they took him the back, Dr. Melen right away scooped him up in his arms before he could get upset and he fell right to sleep against his shoulder. My skiddish dog likes you, so do I:)

The people at this vet are awesome but the prices are high. I found a stray and took her in. I had her blood tested, had a flea preventative put on her, got all of her shots, got her chipped and had her spayed. My bill was over $300. I was expecting more like $150- $200. I have two other cats and the most they cost to get fixed was $50 (One was done by the human society, the other at Kroner Animal Hospital in Athens. I usually get their shots for $40-$50 at Vetco. It cost me $50 each to get them chipped at Kroner.

Nothing but excellent service and care! I have had three pets come through this facility. ACH bent over backward to do the little things, the big things. Two of my pets were pocket pets and I needed ACH at a moments notice, as a new client. I had no idea where to take my sick hamster, and my pet store recommended them. I called and they saw my hamster right away, even though I was a new client. Since then, they have been nothing short of awesome for my dog and guinea pig, as well, I recommend them highly.

We were looking for a new vet for our older cat and Im so glad we found the Animal Care Hospital of Reynoldsburg. The staff was friendly. Our vet was thorough -- including a call on Saturday to let us know the outcome of her blood work. The cost for services is what you would expect for their expertise.
