The worst place ever!! Do NOT trust these people with your pets that you love. Dont trust them with a pet you only like a little bit. This place is in business just to steal money from pet loving people.Their favorite thing to do is tack on extra charges to your bill. Always an Exam visit for $30-50 and a miscellaneous nail trim cost of $12-15 or anything else that they think they can get away with. The staff is the worst ever! The receptionist could barely keep a straight face when I asked her why I was being charged an exam visit for a dear old pet that we were having euthanized. No one is going to perform an exam!! This is total crap and they know it. They are just trying to see how far they can go and just how much extra money they can get out of us. And why? because we live in New Albany... Awful, just awful! Do not trust this establishment.

This past Saturday our dog suddenly lost the use of her back legs. It was past the time when the vet closed, but my husband rushed over and Dr. Violet let him in. It turned out that a tumor had burst on her spine and she had to be put to sleep. My husband said Dr. Violet was incredibly caring and understanding of this most difficult decision. Later that same day the office sent over a single rose, with a note expressing their sadness over our loss. We have or had before Lucy died three dogs and two cats. The vets and staff have always been so sweet to all our animals. Our bulldog actually loves it so much he runs to the back of the office before anyone can stop him. These are lovely ladies who will take very good care of your pets.

I have been taking my dogs to the Animal Hospital of New Albany for over 22 years. The doctors and staff there have always been kind, caring, and compassionate. They have also provided honest, truthful and unbiased advice on the options for care. Im not amazed to see a negative review, but I wouldnt let that influence my decision to take my pet there for care. As with any business, there are people who will not be satisfied with your service, no matter how hard you try. For those reasonable people, you will find a great group of people there who will do their best to help your pet and you.

This is by far the worst vet in central ohio. I would say a more vast area like the whole country, but Ive only been to several around ohio that Ive lived near and this is not even comparable. The staff is extremely rude and downright mean to the animals. My wife witness a staff being very aggressive with our dog. The prices didnt bother me it was the rudeness and the fact they just want you in and out and dont pay attention to detail. I advise you to drive they extra block if you live near this to go to another. People for you dogs safety and to avoid complete and utter disrespect STAY AWAY ....

My dog Boots has been a patient at New Albany Pet Hospital since he was a puppy and he is now almost 14. They are the most caring and helpful vet staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Tristin and all the others truly care about my dog and how he is treated. Cant say enough great things about this staff and how wonderful they have always treated my doggie! I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Tristin and Jill and everyone there for being so great!

We have taken 4 dogs and have been so pleased with their willingness to help with training tips, flexible schedules and most of all their compassion. They are pricey and further away from our new home but we pay and drive extra miles because of their compassionate and Kind staff. They even gave my moms dog a complimentary nail trim since he was with us during one of our visits. Love them all :)

All of the staff are amazing. They love my fur babies as much as I do and give them their best at every visit. They were also very compassionate and caring when I had to make the hard decision to put one of my babies down just 2 days before Christmas! I wouldnt take them anywhere else.
