My first two visits for my cat were positive. Mostly friendly staff who went above and beyond to see my cat for an emergency; however, subsequent visits for cast changes were negative. The wait was too long for scheduled appointments (waited an hour for cast change at last appointment), rude tech that shamed us for being unable to keep our rural, outdoor cat from escaping. Wont be returning and will follow up with our regular rural vet who respects our wishes concerning our pets care.

We love CCAH, including the pets. The entire staff is friendly and fantastic with animals. They always give our dogs pets and treats and are gentle with our cats. Ive never been to a better vet.

The staff is friendly and very helpful however on my last few visits the veterinarian, Amanda, refused to do testing on my dog that was having seizures. Will look elsewhere for a second opinion.

I have boarded my cat with them and have taken her there for blood pressure checks. they handle her well and do their best to keep her relaxed. not an easy thing to do!
