WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS VET: I took my 15 year old cat to on Thursday, Aug, 11th for the first time for his annual checkup and shots...trying to save some money with their enticing coupons. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! $450 later... he has been so sick since we left there, sicker than Ive ever seen him. He is extremely lethargic, barely able to walk, wont eat or drink and only wants to sleep. His breathing is labored and he has a lot of fluid coming out of his nose. A reaction to the rabies shot or he picked up something while in that office. I took him back there Friday morning and they gave him an antibiotic because he has a high fever. He had a lower fever yesterday and they claimed it came down enough while he was there to still give him the rabies vaccination. Dr. Katie also diagnosed him with an ear infection so his immune system was clearly compromised but Dr. Katie is trying to tell me that the stress of going to the vet did this to him. Any vet worth their salt knows that if there is ANY sign of a compromised immune system you DO NOT VACCINATE. Ive been taking him to a vet for 15 years and this has never happened before...I should have never left my regular vet. Then they refused to send the bloodwork over to my regular vet for a 2nd opinion because they gave me an rx for an antibiotic and I didnt pay for it. I spent $450.00 in their office and my cat is very sick as a result but they wont forward records as a courtesy or to try and help a sick animal because I owed them $37. Its obvious to me where that places priorities are...$$$$$$$$$$$$$, and def not animals.

Ive taken three pets here over the last year and have tried to ignore the bad experiences but Im finally changing vets. 1. When I took my dog in for a check up, the vet came in and talked to me for a couple of minutes and weighed him, then said he looked fine. Barely looked at my dog even after I expressed a few concerns. 2. My cat had an emergency during True Cares posted hours of operation. I drove there, fearing for her life, only to find the door locked. No notification on the hours change-the sign on the door even said they were open, but the lights were out. Had to drive 20 miles to a 24hr clinic. 3. True Care does not carry Heartgard, which is an annoyance in its own, but worse yet-I asked for a prescription to order online but when Petmeds tried to call and verify the prescription True Care wouldnt confirm it. Im not driving back and forth to get this done. Im looking for a new vet.

I have been using Dr Tullio for 12 years now for my two Yorkipoos. We missed him terribly while he was in the process of setting up his own hospital. Although Zoey and Zander received good care from others at our previous animal hospital, no one has been of the caliber, both professional and as a human being, that Dr. Tullio is. He has been caring for my diabetic boy Yorkipoo and my little girl Yorkipoo (who has a liver condition) with great compassion and wonderful success. Dr. Tullio also diagnosed their Cushings Disease in the early stages and my pups are doing very well on one medicine. I highly recommend True Care Veterinary Hospital to anyone who wants only the finest care for their beloved pets. The staff is respectful, knowledgeable, and well versed. You cannot do any better than True Care because they "Truly care" about you and your furry family members !

I absolutely love this place: clean, modern, informative, caring, and affectionate. I initially brought my oldest dog there because I was frustrated with my prior vet. Dr. Baumgartner did an X-ray and Blood Work and figured out her problem immediately. Pebbles was back to her old self within a week or so. I also bring my 10 year old Siamese, 5 year old Miniature Schnauzer, and my little baby 2 year old chihuahua to True Care. I am very pleased with the attention and treatment we consistently receive from all the Drs and staff. They have always been there for us. I truly feel blessed to have my babies cared for by their most knowledgable doctors. If you love your pets as much as I do, defiantly bring them to True Care. Dr. Tullio, thank you so much for opening up your hospital so close to families that need it. You have truly created something special.

When my dog Shadow became sick, I immediately took him to Tom Tullio and True Care Veterinary Hospital. The moment I walked in I felt at ease during this horrible time. The compassionate care was second to none. All of the staff made Shadow feel right at home. From all the care, to the diagnosis, to the treatment, to the follow-up, and ultimately until the end, my experience, and Shadows experience, was the only one I ever would have wanted in our time of need and grief. First class, professional, compassionate, and caring are words I would use to describe my experience with True Care and Tom Tullio. It goes without saying that I would recommend True Care for anyones pet care needs. This is more than just an Animal Hospital. These are people that care for your pet like they are their own. Thats a huge difference.

All visit I felt like they trying to get as much as possible money from me... 1. They trying to add some vaccination and test you dont need. (it was like you have to do this test and vaccine which kill some microbes we may find in test) 2. Found ear mites for $49.85 (1min microscope test) and sold me ear drops (Tresaderm 7.5lm) for $42.90. On question can I buy it some where else (some pharmacy or online), dr. Katie said no. but if you google it you will find it for $11.99 (but you have to have prescription). 3. Assistant wasnt sure do we need repeat Feline hcp vaccine in 3-4 weeks. But Dr. Katie say we need it. And we found on the web why assistant wasnt sure about it, because our cat older then 16 weeks. It means she must have it once a year. I hate to be fooled and will never recommend anyone or return here.

I have two cats. My male began acting strange late on a Thursday night. I found True Care on Google, Saw what time they opened the next am. I went without an appointment, and they took him in immediatly! They diagnosed him with a UTI, and kept him for a few days. They sent him home with meds & a prescription diet. When we we leaving,everyone came to say good bye to him. When i took him for a follow up, he walked arou d like he owned the place! I noticed he backed up in the room so he could see who walked by the room, and ran to the door a few times when one tech in particular walmed by. They treat the animals like they were their own. They show love & compassion, & even offer discount coupons on the web site. Ive recommend them to ALL my friends who are pet parents. 5 stars!!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a vet. I brought 2 of my dogs here thinking that it would be a good place near me to take my dogs to. My sister and I had our dogs seen by doctor (Ralph Goldman) he was one of the most rudest men I have ever met he was so disrespectful. Both of our dogs are new Members to our family and we took our dogs here to get a check up thinking it would help us with figuring out what shots they needed or anything else and all Dr. Goldman said was smart remarks to us. He made us feel beyond uncomfortable we will never recommend anyone to Ever go here unless there will be another vet on the nicer side. My mother brought my third dog here about 2 months ago and she didnt have a pleasant experience with him as well.
