Avoid that place ! Owner does not have a licenses and she hire the cheapest and non experience dentist in Chicago .They will experiments on your tooth .Be aware and stay away from that place .I lost tooth and money .When I first walked in I was clean building, nice staff, untill 6 months after I had a root canal done! It started to hurt, I decided to go to a dentist near my house since it was a emergency, well my canal wasnt cleaned that well and horribly done ! So it was a waist of $2,400 for two tooths ,waste of time pain and headache dealing with awful doctors. Getting to the point two other exam I knew that I need cleaning and new crown . They don t want to help me in Dentpol (one doctor which worked there said even it s cavity ,but I said I won t pay double so doctor and assistant left room and they said I have to reschedule appointment .When I come second time doctor said everything is perfect and he try put cement on mine old tooth and let me go home with cavity and infection and avoid EXTRA FEE FOR DENTPOL . That s disgusting place !!!! STAY AWAY THEM MONEY FIRST AND THEY DON T CARE IF YOU LOSE TOOTH OR NOT !!!!

The clinic is very modern and the receptionist for the most part are accommodating. The Dr we saw unfortunately not so much. My father went in with a very bad tooth ache. Recently moving to the area from Indiana I took him to Dentpol where I have had my checkups in the past. Dr. Paul S Petrungaro saw him and stated he needed a crown/root canal or new implant. Both options ran approx. 3k-5k. Seeing as how it is the 4th of July weekend we asked to think about which procedure benefited us and consider the cost. Dr. Petrungaro stated that my father needed antibiotics and pain medicine but would only give it if he scheduled the appointment for the implant right away. As my father did not want to be rushed into anything he did not want to make another appt. He was sent home with no antibiotics after being told he had the beginning of an infection. So basically this is a dentist that doesnt care about patients and only $$$$$. He did even care about prescribing antibiotics because he wasnt "his patient". Did you bill the insurance sir? Then hes your patient.

Dentpol Dental & Medical Center is an amazing facility, with an equally amazing staff! They have the latest technology and the doctors and personnel are very professional and experienced - competent and confident in everything they do. Even before all of that though, Dentpol offers a personal touch so rarely (if ever) seen anywhere in this day and age. Everyone there takes a personal interest in every patient and truly cares. Case and point: If you have financial hardship and are unable to pay up front for services rendered, they will work with you to find a way for you be able to handle the financial aspect of your care. Here, patients are not just patients, they are people first - whose needs are put above all else. For all these reasons and many more, I highly recommend Dentpol!

Couple of nights ago I got a toothache. I got their number from my friend and call them in the morning. When I told the lady that I am in pain she ask me to come as soon as I can and they will take care of me. My tooth required canal cleaning and they did a good job. Now I am waiting for a crown. I am happy that I called them. And I am happy I do not have to pay for an implant because they saved my root. The doctor was very professional and I really felt safe over there. Thank you Dentpol for your good work.

Avoid this place! Save your money! Alicja is a dental technician who owns and runs this office through some legal loop hole. Only dentist are allowed to own and operate dental offices. If you are a doctor looking for work, please avoid this place. She broke the agreement I had with her regarding my pay. if you are looking to buy this office I have one word of advice: run! She is not transparent at all. $$$$ Greedy!

They did my front teeth. I am very satisfied. All four crowns are made from good material. They match the right color and my teeth look great now. I was surprised that the price was not as high as I expected. The staff is nice and described the whole procedure before they started. I definitely recommend this clinic to everybody who look for professional dentists at affordable price.

porażka nikomu nie rekomenduje tego miejsca 2 lata noszę aparat za każdym razem jak przyjdę to trzeba czekać zawsze spuznieni nieprofesjonalnie podchodzą do pracy .

Lets be honest nobody enjoys going to the dentist :) and Im not different ...anyway Dentpol was recommended by a friend of mine and Im glad I did decide to go there. Lady at the front desk (very nice) helped me with the registration and now after my 2nd visit my tooth is like a new one. Big THANKS and 5 stars !
