Worst experience ever!! I dont recommend this place at all. I went in for a scheduled root canal as it was recommended by the dentist by the name of Sara. After part one the procedure was complete she let me go home with no pain meds and recommended over the counter meds. The next day my face began to swell which I figured was normal until I started to notice it kept swelling like a balloon literally. I went back showed her my face and she claimed it got infected so she prescribed antibiotics along with pain meds (finally) the pain was ridiculous... fast forward to the following day I noticed the swelling continued to increase to the point that my eye wasnt fully open. I went back to her only to be told I have to wait to been. I waited 30 mins and nothing with all the pain i was in and the kids play area being crowded with screaming kids I had to leave. I got called back only to be told the tooth needed to be pulled because the tooth was loose. Neways lets just say after her failed attempt of numbing me for the extraction I felt tortured because of course I was too swollen to be numbed and she knew that because she said youll be slightly numbed after she injected the numbing meds.. she yanked the tooth 3 times only to tell me I have to be seen at a hospital because she cant pull it with me being numb completely!! Its been over a month and I still havent received my refund by this company as they stated they would.

I had a chipped front tooth. They brought out a color swap that wasnt even close and said this is all we have in stock do you want this darker shade. Really is that the direction you want to go and then through the cleaning that was interesting the dentist would be talking to assistants as they kept popping in and out of the room and not watching what she was doing she would grid my teeth while looking at and talking with assistants. Anyways they said it would take two weeks to get the right color. It has been at least a month and they are giving me the run around and kept me on hold for ten minutes just to say the girl that orders the product is gone and they dont know when they would know. Its just a cattle call no desire to show respect or have appreciation for people or their profession. Id to like to hear their response if they ever call.

This is probably one of the worst places I have been to. I was taken to a room to be seen by a doctor but an hour later while sitting in the dental chair I got up asked one of the aides if there was another doctor to see me and she started to look around as if she was lost, then 20 minutes later two aides came to see me to tell me that there is no doctor. They were rude and did not even apologize. I even called my insurance company and told them if they charge you for any service that it would be fraud because I want even seen by a doctor. I really hope no one goes there. Really bad service and they do not treat you good.

My son has special needs so taking him to any Dr. has its challenges, however a trip to the dentist is one of his favorite activities and he absolutely loves the atmosphere of this place. i wanted to give a huge thank you to Dr. Su Shant for making his experience here so awesome and being so patient with Hugo. This place does not get as much credit as it truly deserves!

I had an emergency dental issue and had been there about two months back and they refused to see me under my insurance and wanted to charge me because they can not verify insurance on weekends. Only Medicaid. So if you have private insurance save yourself some time and go somewhere else where you are a valued client.

Doctor was very rude to my child..I had to tell her that he nor I liked the way she was talking to him..i made her apologize to him otherwise I dont think she would have done it herself.. I wouldnt give them a star but otherwise I was not able to comment...Working with kids one needs to learn how to talk to them!

I really had a great experience here. The front desk girls were really nice and the doctor and hygienist were nice as well. Very informative and patient. I was freaked out going in and calm coming out. Also, they have an awesome play area for kids. Am so glad I found this dental office and ignored the reviews.

Worst Dental Clinic in town the staff is rude and so are the Dentists. I waited around for about 2 hours to be seen and another 40 minutes to get my cleaning done no apologies from anyone either it was ridiculous and this was with an appointment I will be going elsewhere next time around

i went there for "new teeth" great receptionists,great manager,and best doctor. i had panic attack because of the needles.doctor was so nice to me even prescribed meds. for me to be able to get all my dental work done. i will return

I was here about a year ago, planning on going back today for a check up... they explain very well and always have a smile for customers.... great place for kids since that day I went there were alot of them :)

doctor V was great. they cleaned my teeth and made them look like a A+ celebrities. told me to get my molars taken out asap before turning 21 or else I might have to pay out of pocket! Thanks, yall my mains
