I had horrible customer service experience with Aneta. First she forgot to submit my paper work to my insurance company for appresal. When she finally did 3 weeks later insurance did not cover any procedure which I understand. I made the wrong decision buying this insurance. But when I ask Aneta how much would I pay for the procedure myself she responded " I will talk to the doctor and call you back. " she did called back and told me that the doctor doesnt feel comfortable anymore placing the Implants and is sending me to my other dentist. Which got me mad because not only they wasted two months of my time and two visits. And when I wanted yo pay for the procedure myself they told me they dont feel comfortable anymore. Before they got the answer from the insurance everything was fine then they change their mind. Why I ask. My money is no good. Insurance money must be better than mine. Beware of this customer service!

Great, very clean, modern office. Extremely knowledgeable doctor, very kind and professional receptionist and all staff. A month ago my husband had a root canal done in this clinic after a severe tooth infection. His antibiotic was changed 3 times due to various reaction. Doctor Pavlich and his staff were awesome in assisting us, always taking calls when reaction to medication occurred and reassuring on proper way of treatment. Overall outstanding experience. Great pain management during procedure. No problem after the root canal whatsoever! Dr Pavlich except for being very knowledgeable and professional, is also very kind, friendly and really enjoys what he does :) Prices affordable, if you pay cash, known upfront, before starting the treatment. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend this clinic.

Ive had a lot of dental work done at Comprehensive Dental & Implant Center and I have to admit that out of all the places Ive ever been to this one is the best. Their Customer Service (Aneta) is always very professional, kind, well organized and very helpful. Ive had teeth removals, implants put, as well as fillings done by dr Pavlych and Ive been highly satisfied every time I go. Dr Pavlych always explains everything in details and makes sure that I am happy with what is going to be done. His work is very professional and very precise. The office is nice and clean and the atmosphere is very nice. The location is great and there is a parking lot by the office which makes it very convenient. I am so happy I found this place!

Best place to get dental care! Dr. Pavlych is very professional and friendly and more importantly thorough in the examination process. I was very happy with the work he did on my teeth - I felt comfortable, experienced no pain, and felt confident in the quality of care I received. You can be sure he will recommend the best course of treatment to ensure your teeth stay healthy and he wont push you to do treatments which are not necessary. If youre looking for a great dental clinic in Chicago with amazing facilities and staff this is the place to go.

Contemporary Dental & Implant Center was wonderful. The facility was very clean, welcoming, and pleasant. Dr. Victor Pavlych and his assistant were absolutely amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout my entire visit. I had to get a filling on my front tooth and complete cleaning. I am thrilled with the results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pavlych to my friends. Im very happy after the visit at the office. Doctors were professional and were able to explain to me everything. I received a very detailed treatment plan. The office is very clean. Had a tooth removal and implant put in with Dr. Ninos. It was painless and fast, he did a great job. The staff is always nice. The secretary/assistant in the front is very informative when it comes to billing and any questions you may have.
