I had my last cleaning last year and was the time again for .. Decide to give a try to the Northwest Point Dental. The parking is in the back of the building little hard to find it but not so bad.I was greeted by friendly staff. Its a comfortable office and they make you feel welcomed. Dr Demian explained what she was going to do, which I appreciated. Being my first time here I was a bit hesitant. But that went away after speaking with everyone and having a few laugh..I see her for teeth cleaning and my wife had a couple fillings re-done by her. There are two really great things about going to her office. Firstly since it is not a relatively small office but everything is new ,very modern, they use the newest technologies and you get your teeth cleaned by dr Demian, the actual dentist, not and assistant. Second, you can really tell she cares about what she is doing and is motivated to treat you like a patient.I knew I had found the right office for my wife and I. Everyone is very professional and courteous. Id recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist in Chicago area.

My daughter cracked her tooth on Christmas day. I researched the Internet for a dentist close by and came across Northwest Point Dental. I saw that the reviews were excellent, so that evening I contacted this office via their web site and left a message regarding the emergency we had. The next morning I got a response to come in. Dr Demian actually came on her day off to attend to my daughters problem tooth. I had never encounter such an awesome dentist. Dr. Demian took the time to explain all the details and what options we had even as far as what kind of anesthesia was available. My daughter felt extremely comfortable and felt at ease the entire time with this Dr. In fact, she wants to switch dentists now. Overall, it was a great experience and my daughter really enjoyed the cartoons she was able to watch while the Dr worked on her tooth. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an amazing dentist. The office is also super clean, cozy, and modern even with options for tea and coffee in the waiting room. Now, thats what I call SERVICE!!!! Thank you, Dr. Demian!

This practice gets it right - no detail is left overlooked in the patients experience. The waiting area, annex, and work areas are all very well designed with lots of open space and no doors leaving a very open and non-confined feeling without compromising your privacy - clearly they hired a good architect or interior designer. The equipment is also modern and of high-quality, which includes monitors for patients to observe x-rays and watch TV while they work on your teeth, as well as electronic signing of forms (no paper!). The staff is also extremely friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. And fast! 30 minutes for an exam and cleaning (including my signing of the forms). Cleaning was completed with expert precision and speed and was totally painless and comfortable. Prices are perhaps a tad bit higher than other places, but may just be a function of my insurance, and at any rate worth it in my opinion. Overall this is by far the best dentistry Ive been to. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the care and service Ive received at Northwest Point Dental. Dr. Demian is an excellent doctor. Her professionalism and compassion for her clients can be noticed as soon as you walk in the office. She worked so gently on my teeth that I barely felt when she anesthetized me. I loved all the new technology they used and I was very happy to have my new crown designed, created and installed in the same place. Clean and modern office, the entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable and really very sweet. Dr. Demian is the best dentist Ive ever had!! I will definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends. Thank you again for your great service.

Dr. Demian is very knowledgeable in her field. She is very patient and thoroughly explains everything you need to know in your first visit. The office is new, very modern and clean. They use some of the newest technology and the staff is great, which makes for a very comfortable visit (and for someone who isnt particularly fond of going to the dentist, that means a lot!). I have already convinced my family and several friends to start coming here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else too.

I was experiencing some pain to a tooth and had contacted my regular dentist. He was not able to accommodate me and I was told to call back in a week. Instead of waiting for him, I found Dr. Demian and could not be happier. Her and her staff are wonderful! Not only were they willing to accommodate me in only 2 days, she solved my problem the same day. She was very thorough in her exam and explained everything. I will definitely be switching dentists and recommend this wonderful office to others.

Dr. Adina and her staff are all awesome. She is patient and kind. My whole family goes there and we all love her. They are amazing and will take great care of you with as little pain as possible (not kidding). The atmosphere is relaxing, very modern and has some nice paintings to look at. Also very clean. Dr. Demian and staff are very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and comfortable and I have always been in and out quickly.
