If you need major dental work involving dental implants, be sure to go to Dr. Guerra. He never wastes your time. When you go in for a consultation, he presents an entire plan to you and breaks down the dollar amount. Even with insurance I didnt know how I was going to afford the work I needed, but with Dr. Guerras pricing I can afford multiple implants. Dr. Guerra listens to his patients. When I asked for another temporary retainer because I was not happy with the first one, Dr. Guerra agreed right away and provided a better retainer at no expense to me. When I asked him to do as much work as possible in one visit to avoid additional office visits, he agreed and spent extra time with me. His office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and works with you if you need a payment plan. Just now I have a concern with my retainer, and they made an appointment for me in two hours. Dr. Rich Guerra and his staff have my highest recommendation.

Can’t say anything negative about Doctor himself, he’s a good dentist. My negative experience was due to his unprofessional staff. Didn’t know how to bill my car insurance that was paying for accident damage to my teeth, continuously sending me bills. Changing appointment’s for many reasons after I already took day off from work. It was taking so long that my insurance claim was closed and I was left with unfinished work to my teeth. They’ve just ignored the fact that they have to bill insurance for upcoming work after I’ve informed them and asked Doctor to call me back. What they did know is how to bill me for missed appointment after changing it themselves for date that I could not make it and told them that. I was left with temporary bridge on my front teeth and that didn’t concern them because I’ve got no calls from them since after!

I had to have a tooth removed and an implant. The oral surgeon my dentist referred me to quoted at least $4k which from asking around is a typical price. A quick google brought up Rich Guerra. He ended up costing half that, and after insurance I had a very manageable payment. I was very pleased to see that the office had all the same high end equipment as the other guy. Rich and his team, including all the admin staff were super efficient and courteous. The whole procedure was smooth. And the final X-Rays and smile show a great, and healthy, result. If you are considering Northside Dental Implants but are worried it is too good to be true, I can tell you it is not. You have nothing to lose by going for a consultation so dont hesitate!

All the doctors are amazing!! Very thorough and gentle, and fun personalities to make being at the dentist more enjoyable. The rest of the staff is excellent as well, the girls in the front are a lot of fun and very efficient with utilizing the most of my insurance and time. The assistants and hygienist also makes me feel very comfortable through all my visits!! They are all so knowledable and always answer all my questions! Everything is also brand new! You can even watch tv while they work on you, SO relaxing!!! Overall an outstanding office!!! Would absolutely recommend friends and family!!! Thanks for all your hard work!!!!!!! :)

This place is AMAZING! Front staff is very friendly and easy going, they take the edge off of being in a dental office. Dr rich did a front tooth crown on my nephew the esthetics of the crown were beyond my expectations. I couldnt even tell which tooth was the real one and which one was the crown. Had fillings done myself by Dr Matt I was really nervous about the anesthetic Dr Matt was so quick I didnt even feel it. Definitely the place to go to for all of your dental needs not just implants. Will continue to come here and bring everyone I know here.

Though a long process from extraction to final crown Dr Guerra and his associates were wonderful! From front office to assistants and follow up dentists I couldnt have asked for a better team. He is skilled, quick, a good problem solver and a first class fellow. There were other implant specialists that were recommended but I doubt that any dentist would have the level of implant experience that Dr Rich has. I will absolutely recommend him. Dr. Rich did an awesome job with my dental implant. I went with him after searching for a dentist who would do an implant at a reasonable price to no avail, then a friend recommended him. From the very first visit he was really patient and took the time to explain very thoroughly what was going to take place.
