This is the worst experience Ive ever had at any" professional place of business". I was referred there by my dental insurance provider... The first visit was OK except for I felt the dentist is not listening to me. But I still need dental work done so I entered into a contract with them. To pull my wisdom teeth and for a teeth cleaned. When I went for the wisdom tooth extraction they tried to charge me for xrays that I had already paid for! Then they insisted that I would absolutely have to have a bone graft or the or the orthodontist would not pull my wisdom teeth( another $400)... So needless to say I was very upset about that. Today I went back for my cleaning that I already contracted for and paid for. And they tried to charge me again today for something that I had already paid for. When I became upset and ask for a receipt showing all the things that I had already paid for. They became nasty and irate. Calling me all kinds of swear words. I told them I was done with their services and I would be finding a new dentist and I would like a refund for the services that they have not provided. They informed me that I signed a contract and they do not have to give me any refund or do anything else for me. So basically she told me they have every right to steal from me at anytime they wish. And if I dont like it theres nothing you can do about it because before they treated me they made me sign a contract. That says in fine print that you can not file a lawsuit. This place is nothing but a bunch of scam artist... Because after I went home and looked at my copay schedule. The cleaning that I paid for was supposed to be no cost to me because it is covered by my insurance. So they were trying to charge me twice for something that is free.

I had an appointment scheduled on a Friday for an orthodontist consultation. They called me twice to see if I could come in earlier (Im sure so they could get off early). I missed the call but on my voicemail they asked I come in at 1pm if at all possible. I decided to go in early and arrived to check in at 1. The receptionist then told me they left for lunch and to come back at 1:30. Annoyed, I went back home and decided to just go at my regular scheduled time. Once arriving then they told me they had already left for the day and that I should have come in at 1! I told them I was there at 1 and they said "oh, thats weird". Needless to say I allowed them to reschedule me. I arrived at the next appointment to a wreck in the parking lot. I waited 30 minutes and was finally called back. All she did was look at my teeth and then say "well the woman in charge of pricing and payment is the one in the accident, so we will have to schedule you for a general exam and then we will do your pricing plan". She takes me up front and the receptionist tries scheduling me for a general exam. I just had my teeth cleaned and examined a few months prior at my general dentist office so I told her no. They were trying to sell me some package plan that had nothing to do with getting braces put on. I asked her what I was there for today, it was suppose to be an orthodontic consult and they didnt even do x-rays or anything. So basically after showing up to this office three times I still left with no consult. Ive scheduled an appointment elsewhere and will not be returning, nor do I recommend anyone else go here.

I see all these bad reviews for this place and it honestly shocks me. I just went to my very first appointment with them yesterday and it was a very professional, loving, and outgoing environment. Once I went in, I was told that I needed a cleaning and some cavities to be filled or something like that. Then I also qualified for braces and they were able to get my braces done on the same day! I did have to go through a bit of waiting, but there was always someone checking up on me and making sure that I was comfortable. So I would highly recommend that you make sure you are free the entire day for an appointment with them. During the entire process of getting my teeth cleaned and getting my braces put on, the doctor always made sure that I was doing okay and even asked me if I needed a break from the work. They did talk to other co-workers while working on my teeth, but I personally didnt mind it. I was laughing with them and enjoyed their conversations. As long they got what they needed to get done to make sure my teeth were in perfect shape, I did not care. Im a very patient person with not very high expectations/standards, so my experience here was beyond perfect. If youre an impatient person with high expectations/standards, then dont bother coming. Its that simple. Dont be a princess and expect top of the line royal treatment. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience here very much and will continue to remain a patient with them for as long as possible.

I have contacted the billing department about 100 times. I have only received one bill since my daughter started her braces process. I have no idea how much I still owe or my payments are being posted to my account. The Good thing is that I can access this information through my bank account. This is one of the worst companies that I have worked with, I dont understand why I cant get a bill with the break down of my account. I have verified my address with them about 5-6 times, they say the bill went out but I still havent received it yet. The website is only for payments and doesnt allow you to see your account. The Office on Crestway in Converse: This was another story, when we first started going to this location the waiting time was ridiculous. On occasions we would wait as long as an hour and half past our appointment. Every time we would go for an appointment I would get asked for my insurance card because the one they had on file was expired, meaning they werent changing the information. That would cause us to sit there and wait until they verified my insurance information all over again. This actually happened 6 time in total, so I would go in give them a copy of my insurance card with my current address. Ridiculous

The last time I had gone to Brident, I waited for an hour past my appointment because there werent enough doctors. This time though there was only a 15 minute wait. But, after the x-rays, the dentist looked at me and declared that I needed 8 fillings, and best of all, it would only take 40-60 minutes and they could do it right then. Some quick math later, I realized that was SEVEN minutes per filling. Either this guy was super skilled, did shoddy work, or the cavities so small that they required no anesthesia. I decided to come in next week. They then proceeded to pressure me to sign a contract to cover the payments. Warning bells are going off in my head. They quickly led to me to payment window without receiving a cleaning or fluoride treatment and took my money for services rendered. As I left, I noticed 15 people waiting for their appointments in the waiting room; I wondered how the heck they could find the time for 8 fillings with so many people waiting. The best part: a week later they submitted a claim for services they had not performed. Yes, thats right, they wanted to be paid for the cleaning and fluoride treatment they did not perform. I will be finding another dentist FAST! This was one shady experience.
