From the Dentist down to the technicians and staff, everyone was, and continues to seem genuinely interested in my satisfaction. They are all courteous and friendly and remembered my name each visit. From time to time, when my dentures caused discomfort, and I complained, they were quick to correct the problem. As often as I needed care, I could come in and have the problem resolved. I did have problems getting used to the dentures. The problems came from my misunderstanding of the process. The ads that proclaimed "dentures in one day" were technically correct, but it took some time and additional visits for the dentures to fit and work well. Anyone considering dentures should become aware of the time it takes to fit them correctly. They are now working without adhesives and Im still 2 visits from my permanent fitting. Other people I know who are considering dentures are afraid of the process and cost. Theyre considering costs up to $6000. Ive recommended this office at least half a dozen times.

Very very disappointed. I went in thinking I was going to get a certain tooth pulled just to get home and realize they pulled out a different tooth. Instead of telling me that they did not need to pull that tooth out they just went ahead and pulled the next tooth. I just cant understand why they would do that. Once your teeth are pulled there is no going back. So if you decide to be seen by them make sure you ask them what their going to do to your teeth because for some reason they think they know whats best for you. Not EVERY BODY that goes there is trying to get all there teeth pulled out.

Thank you for making my smile beautiful again. The staff were very knowledgeable and super friendly especially Joseph and Matt. Joseph took extra time to make sure the impressions were just perfect so the dentures were made correctly and the fit was good. The dentist Dr. Velez took time to explain the procedure and made me and my husband comfortable. Everyone in the office made this experience easy and pleasurable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs dentist work. I had to have oral surgery. Dr. Lee was so gentle and knowledgeable. Ive been to a lot of dentist in my lifetime and I he simply the best. I dont have insurance but their prices are at a good value . The staff is very nice and friendly. And they dont make you wait in the waiting room for very long everytime Ive gone its only been about 5 minutes

The procedure at Denture & Dental Services in Schertz, TX was very easy, absolutely pain less, done in less then 30 minutes and I was able to drive back home right away. The cost is reasonable. Dr. Leeson and his staff were very professional, polite and courteous. I recommend this facility for anybody who is scared and nervous about the dental implant - Go for it !

I have had 2 prior sets of dentures, this is this first time I left an office and have not had to go back and have messed with to feel right. It had been one week as of today and I couldnt be more happy with the results!! Friendly staff and Im sure if there was a problem they would fix it with no problems !!!! :)

I have consistently received great dental care from Dentures & Dental Services in Schertz. When I lost my dental insurance their staff worked with me to ensure I still got necessary care. Their new hygienist, Alexandra, cleaned my teeth today and Im a very satisfied customer. Great service!

My crown that Ive had for many years broke one morning, and they were able to get me in right away, and fit me for a replacement. They placed a temporary crown while the permanent was made (took about two weeks). Went back in and had the new one set, and all is good again!
