Friendly, professional staff. The office is very busy and they were short-staffed the day I was there so there was a bit of a wait, but they apologized for keeping me waiting and kept me informed throughout the process about how long I would be waiting and what the next steps would be. The doctors were friendly and kind and explained everything they were doing, and the finances were explained carefully and completely so I understood exactly what I was responsible for paying. Good experience overall.

Always trying to get me things not necessary like get a tooth pulled when i just need a filling. Trying to send me to another place and pay 60 for a referral, just because they arent sure if its a root cannal or a filling. Really arent you a dentist for a reason? Also the male dentist accused me of being a drug user to my face. Just because i need a few fillings doesnt mean i use drugs. Not only is that unprofessional but just plain rude. Never go to this place just a scam to get money.

I or my family will never ever go back to this place. The staff is rude the dentist is rude!! Theyre are unprofessional. I paid a dentist to tell me I needed to have a root canal then they wanted me to go to the Next Room pay another dentist $70 to let me know that I need a root canal and to take X-rays which they had already taken. Theyre all about the money.

I give them a zero, I would not go there. I was suppose to get 2 crowns done, The teeth ended up getting pulled. They sent me to get a root canal done on a tooth that needed to be pulled. go to a private dentist. They are a big chain and all they care about is making money.

Was really hoping for a great dentist office. When I went to Monarch I was so satified with my decision . They were really great from check in to check out. They have really cool up to date equipment and the coolest staff. That really made me feel relaxed and safe.

Never go here! They said I needed 10 fillings and crowns, and one root canal with a crown. I walked out, went to Aspen dental who gave me free exrays and said I only have one cavity, and I need one filling!!!!!! BUTCHERS FOR BUCKS

Awesome! I have had a root canal done before and it wasnt near as pleasant, they were quick and accommodating. I was scheduled for next week told them I was in pain and they saw me the next day!! They are awesome!

Great Office. I have had cleanings and an extraction waiting to get an implant and crown. Very caring and friendly staff. Dr Glidden and Dr Al are very expierenced dentist. Highly recommend this office.
