Dr Marshalls office, located inside the LensCrafters, is in a convenient location for my family...get our eyes checked and then pick out glasses. The assistant (who also ran the frt desk) greeted me with a smile. She was friendly and efficient. She took me through all the preliminary exams with helpful explanations. Dr Marshall was also friendly and very patient. She is extremely thorough and provides excellent explanations. I was a little disappointed that even though I had prescheduled my appt, I still had to wait awhile...but I guess thats the way it is in medical-type offices. I was also disappointed that they closed so early on the weekends (latest appt is at 3pm and the office closes at 4:30pm). But all-in-all I am very happy with this facility.

I HAVE CHOICES!!..... Whenever I visit any place of business the most important thing that gets my attention is the PROFESSIONALISM of the Staff......From the Welcome to the Care/Attention I receive.... The Staff there is just that ....from the employer to the employee ...THE RIGHT ATTITUDE. My Sight is important , I will never trust it to ANYONE........After a couple of visits I can say I trust my eye care to the service I received......Doctor and Staff........In my opinion , they come highly recommended ....looking forward to my next visit........THUMBS UP!!!

I have been going to Dr. Marshall for years and I am very happy with her services. The staff are always courteous and accommodating. Dr. Marshall gives a thorough eye exam and I am always satisfied with my prescription. Her practice which is located in the Lenscrafters store in Holmdel makes having my prescription filled for eyeglasses very convenient.
