I really like Dr. Shrayman; she is professional and easy to work with. However, I have to say, her staff is less than professional. Whenever I call they never seem to be in or someone answers and then there is no sound and I call back and the same thing happens. A few times, I have gone to pick up lenses and they werent in the office when they said they would be. These kinds of experiences really diminish the overall impression of the office and the level of professionalism it maintains. I would have to say there is much need for improvement in this area.

After working with 4 physicians, 1 in LA, and 3 in NJ, in the past 3 years, I finally received the perfect progressive glasses from Dr. Shrayman, the youngest yet the MOST COMPETENT. My new glasses have made a big difference in my work life which is characterized by long hours in front of a computer and the need to switch back and forward between a computer screen and a conference room screen. Kudos to Dr. Shrayman who solved my problem many others didn’t.

My husband saw Dr.Shrayman and was greeted with such a warm experience. She made sure to ask the right questions and ensure that my husband received the best care and best glasses. We went to Aruba a few months later and he scratched his lenses. We took them back and she had them fixed and returned within a week. Highly recommended!

Had an eye examination and a pair of prescription sunglasses made. Very impressed by the whole experience. Nice location, very relaxed and yet professional atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and invested in providing a satisfactory outcome. Dr. Shrayman gets the highest marks from me! Oh, and I love the sunglasses too!

Awesome doctor. She did a thorough eye examination, and was very calm and patient. I would take my small children to see her, that is how lovely she is. She went out of her way to reach out to my insurance company to have my contact lenses covered. Highly recommend.
