This location forgot to order my glasses on my first visit in June of 2016. So, a year later I decided to Visit the Clifton location. I arrived at the clifton location and they told me that Totowa has lost my paperwork. Incredibly poorly run operation and nasty staff.

We just left Vision Works on Blue Diamond and let me tell you, the service was excellent! They have a special buy one get one free and they have a great selection. I definitely recommend this place. Happy customer. :)

Great company...replaced my lenses due to a prescription mistake that was not their fault. Ask for barbara...very helpful. I will definitely come back for my next pair of glasses.
