The service is very slow. The last appointment I had was at 11:15 am and I did not see the doctor until 12::30pm. This is not the first time it happened to me and other patients have been complaining about the same issue. The receptionist is very rude and sarcastic. As I am writing this review, my appointment was at 4pm and I still have not yet seen the doctor. I am currently looking for another eye care center who will serve better service than Parkway Eye Care Center.

Extremely knowledgeable doctor. I didnt experience wait, but if you do, its because the doctor takes care of each patient with care and attention. Highly recommend!! Staff was very gracious
